How Thiis Works I believe in God. I believe in families. I believe it is our duty as Christian mothers to strengthen our children at home and give them the tools the armor they need to withstand the world in which we live. Armor Your Children is a devotional series designed to send your school-bound kids out the door armed with the Word of God. It s quick and easy. Just print this out and place in a binder or sheet protector. Each week has a theme supported by 5 different scriptures (-). Each morning, around the breakfast table or cuddled on the couch, open your scriptures and read the verse. Discuss it as long as your children will let you. Talk about how it affects their lives or builds on the scripture from the morning before. If you like, finish with a prayer. It just may be the most important 3 minutes you offer your children each day. ABREVIATIONS KJV: King James Bible BOM: Book of Mormon (another testament of Jesus Christ) D&C: Doctrine & Covenants (a collection of revelations) I am a Mormon, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
