Adult Sunday School at 9:45 AM New Quarter begins June 10 th. JUNE 3 RD COMBINED ADULT & TEEN SS CLASS Nicole Theis, President of DE Family Policy Council, will brief us on how our Christian world view is being impacted by many of the bills being debated in our State Legislature. This is vital information, especially for our children and grandchildren. All are invited and encouraged to attend, room 152 (CE Building, 1 st Floor). Couples Class Teacher: Andy & Theresa Lynch ~ Room: 207 (CE Building 2 nd Floor) We will use The Seven Desires of Every Heart by Mark & Debbie Laaser, which explores the common desires God has given us: to be heard, affirmed, blessed, safe, touched, chosen, and included. Using stories, biblical references, and sound psychological principles, you will learn healthy ways to embody these desires in your relationships and be given the tools you need to start repairing and rebuilding relationships and developing new skills for creating emotional and spiritual intimacy. Call/text Andy (302-632-8731) or Theresa Lynch (302-242-8585) for information. The Gospel of John, The Gospel of Belief Teacher: Pastor Russ Jeandell ~ Room 150 The gospel according to John is the most theological of the four gospels as it presents Christ as the divine Son of God. The first half John recalls seven miracles that were proof that Christ is God. During the second half John recalls Christ s theological teaching regarding His relationship with God the Father. Christ was about to be crucified and had many things to tell His disciples to prepare them for life after His crucifixion. Join us as we study the Upper Room Discourse, witness the crucifixion and understand that these things have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name. Galatians Teacher: Jim Hart ~ Room: 152A (CE Building 1 st Floor) The Apostle Paul blows the lid off fake "rules-added" Christianity and describes life in God's Spirit, through His grace - which is still God's way of freeing you to live out your full potential as His child. Discover the difference between following a religion and having a life-changing faith in God! AGENTS OF CHANGE Teacher: Mark Eckels and Chad Burns ~ Room: 209 (CE Building 2 nd Floor) We welcome men who are looking to deepen their faith by being challenged and strengthened by other like-minded men. World View and Current Events Teacher: Steve Wright ~ Room: 152B (CE Building 1 st Floor) More information coming soon. CHILDREN AND YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL Teacher Grade Room Mrs. M. Hogle, Mrs. K.
