18- Oct-2018 -Day-03: After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to St.Catherine Monastery in Sinai, visit en route Suez Canal/Spring of Moses. On arrival, check into hotel at Morgan Land in Sinai. After dinner, we climb to Mount Sinai to visit the place where Moses received the Ten Commandments. Overnight stay at Morgan Land - Sinai 19- Oct 2018 Day-04: Climb down and return to the hotel in the morning for breakfast. Check out from the hotel and visit Burning Bush,Fountain of Moses and the Chapel of Elijah and drive to TABA border terminal and Enter into Israel after completing Immigration formalities. On the way, view the Red Sea (external view),statue of Lot s wife (if time permits). On arrival in Bethlehem at night, check in to the hotel for dinner & Overnight stay at Bethlehem. 20-Oct 2018 Day -05: After breakfast, Proceed to Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of Jerusalem. Visit sanctuaries of Pater Noster, Walk along the Palm Sunday road down to the chapel of Dominous Flevit where Jesus wept over destruction of Jerusalem and Garden of Gethsemani, where Jesus prayed while Judas betrayed him to the Romans. Visit the Church of the Basilica of agony. We also will visit the Church of St. Peter of Gallicantu, which symbolizes Peter's Denial of Jesus as he has prophesied at the Last Supper and then visit the traditional house of high priest, Caiaphas, where Jesus was imprisoned. Then we visit the Shepherds field the Nativity Church and the Grotto of St Jerome. Shopping at Bethlehem. Overnight stay at Bethlehem. 21-Oct 2018- Day-06: After Breakfast, we proceed to the pools of Bethesda, where Jesus healed the crippled man. And from there we take the Via Dolorosa (Way of Grief), traditionally accepted as the last route trodden by Jesus. Follow the 14 Stations of the Cross to Golgotha. The place where Jesus was crucified marking significant events along the route. You will see the Pilate's Judgments
Hall, the Chapel of the Flagellation where according to tradition, the Roman soldiers scourged Jesus and placed a crown of thorns on His head the Ecce Homo Arch. Early tradition held that Pontius Pilate stood here and thundered "Ecce Homo!" Which means "Behold the man?" Which is what Pilate said when he presented Jesus to the crowd. However, we now know that pagan Emperor Hadrian constructed the arch. The last 5 Stations of the Cross are inside the Church of the Holy Sepulcher visible from the distance with two silver domes. Visit the Cenacle Last Supper Room, the Tomb of King David. Then we go to the Jewish quarter to visit the Wailing Wall, which is the holiest place for the Jewish religion. Then we visit the Garden Tomb.(Communion service) Back to Bethlehem. Dinner and Overnight Stay. 22- Oct 2018- Day-07: After Breakfast, we proceed to Jacob s Well, and then visit Jericho where we stop and view Mt.Qarantal, the traditional Mount of Temptation and Sycamore Tree. (Shopping at Jericho), After lunch, proceed to Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth (1305 ft. below sea level), again make a brief stop at a private beach and take the opportunity to float in the salty buoyant water, rich in minerals. Then we visit Bethania the Town of Mary, Martha and Lazarus - Visit Lazarus s Tomb and the House of Mary and Martha Dinner. Overnight stay at Bethlehem. 23-Oct 2018 Day-08: After breakfast, visit Jafa,Jafa Port, Caesarea, Elijah s Cave,,Haifa/Bahai gardens (all external view) Visit Cana( shopping at Cana) & Galilee boat ride across the Sea of Galilee where Jesus walked on the waters, and return to the hotel for dinner & Overnight stay at Tiberius.
24 Oct 2018 -Day 09: Israel Tiberius After Breakfast. Proceed to visit Nazareth the boyhood town of Jesus and home of Mary and Joseph and visit the Basilica of the Annunciation built over the grotto where Archangel Gabriel appeared to announce that she would bear a son, Jesus. We also stop by Joseph's workshop. Visit Mount Tabor. Visit Capernaum - the centre of Jesus' ministry after he left Nazareth we stop at Tabgha - the Church of the Multiplication of the Five Loaves and Two Fishes and the expressive Church of the Beatitudes, where Jesus gave the Sermon on the Mount We make a stop at St. Peter's house, the Church of Primacy of Peter and the place where Jesus bestowed St. Peter. This is believed to be the place where Jesus dined with his disciples, the flat rock known as Mensa Christy, Christ's table to commemorate this event. Visit Yardenit on the Jordan River. Over night stay at Tiberius 25-Oct 2018- Day-10: After breakfast, early checkout we enter into Jordan and Clear Immigration formalities and proceed to Mount Nebo (and Shop for Dead Sea Products near Nebo). Later, visit Madaba Church having mosaics of ancient Jerusalem (we will try to visit Mekawar if time permits). and transfer to the airport for your flight to Chennai- India.

How to prepare for the Holy Land Pilgrimage? Climate and Clothing On this tour you travel in varying climates. So to resist the cold weather, especially in Israel and Amman, carry winter clothes - sweater, shawl, monkey cap, etc. Umbrella, cap and light summer clothing is needed for the warmer spots. Comfortable shoes / sandals with firm grip is recommended. At the Dead Sea and Jordan Baptism Spot, carry a bath towel and your swimming trunk / Baggage Food shorts / nighty / churidar. The baggage allowed is only 30 Kg or 15 kgs x 2 for the check in + 7 kg to carry in hand. Liquids, creams, paste, iron equipments etc. are not allowed in the hand baggage. You can carry your documents, a set of clothes, camera etc. in your hand baggage. Kindly don t include any valuables in your baggage. Buffet breakfast, Lunch and buffet dinner. Pickles and snacks can be carried in the check in baggage. Diabetic persons are advised to bring / buy safe sugar free snacks and beverages. Carry 2 / 3 bottles of mineral water, while on tour.
