Vistas November/December 2014 Cheshvan/Kislev 5775 In Adult Jewish Education Welcome to Vistas in Adult Jewish Education!! The Milwaukee Area Jewish community is blessed with an abundance of adult Jewish learning opportunities. In order to encourage all of us to study together, we present this summary of the many adult Jewish education options available during November and December of 2014. It is our intention to present additional editions of Vistas in January and April of 2015. We have created this convenient tool in order to inform the entire community of the plethora of choices available to all of us. Sometimes there is a feeling that a given class is only for an organization s members. Vistas in Adult Jewish Education is prepared in hopes of encouraging everyone to feel welcome at programs that seem engaging no matter what organization is the sponsor. Sometimes we simply are not aware of options and wish that we had known about them in advance. Hence, we present this effort to highlight study possibilities. We provide two categories of events: Special Events Ongoing Study If there are other study sessions not listed, please email brittanyh@milwaukeejewish.org so that we can consider including your events in the future. Our hope is that you find this listing to be helpful and that it inspires many people to study in new places with other members of the community. We look forward to seeing you in class!
