2018 ENCCOG PK Retreat Fact Sheet ELIGIBILITY TO ATTEND: CHECK IN: CHECK OUT: RETREAT SCHEDULE FEATURES: VISITORS AT MEDICINE AT MONEY AT Eastern North Carolina Church of God Preachers Kids who are in Middle School and High School as of Fall 2018. To qualify to attend the PK Retreat the individual must be the child (natural, adopted, or through legal guardianship) of a minister credentialed with the Church of God and reporting to the Eastern North Carolina CoG State Office, or be the child of a minister who serves (at least part-time paid) on staff at a local Eastern North Carolina Church of God congregation. (Executive/ Associate Pastor, Music/Worship Arts Pastor, Youth Pastor, Children s Pastor, Media Pastor, etc.) Registration / Check-in begins at 6:30 PM on Friday of the Retreat. PKs should not plan to arrive on the campground before this time. PKs are to check out at 10:00 AM on the Saturday of the PK Retreat. Meals (Dinner Friday and Breakfast Saturday), Snacks, Devotions Time, Special Session Dealing with Issues Unique to being a PK, Swimming, Games, Movie, and plenty of Hang Time. Because of the nature and short duration of this retreat, visitors are not allowed. Phone calls are highly discouraged. All necessary calls must come through the Retreat office. Any necessary medications should be brought to the PK Retreat in their original container. All medications will be kept in the medical station and administered from there. By law, prescription medications can only be administered as prescribed. This is a completely free event. No money will be needed for any reason at this retreat.
ENCCOG PK Retreat Code of Conduct 1. All PK Retreat participants are expected to behave in a God honoring manner at all times. 2. All PK Retreat participants are expected to attend all retreat activities unless excused by the State Y&D Director. 3. The dress code for the PK Retreat is simple: dress modestly. 4. All automobiles are to remain parked until the retreat is dismissed. No one may leave the grounds without written permission from the State Y&D Director. 5. All retreat participants will remain in their assigned dorm room after lights out and until rise & shine. 6. Alcohol, tobacco and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. All medication brought to the PK Retreat must be left with the retreat medical personnel. 7. Please do not bring fireworks, lighters, firearms, knives or other weapons, these are not allowed.

All vehicles must remain parked until the individual driver has checked out at the conclusion of the PK Retreat. Anyone leaving the campground without permission will immediately be dismissed from the PK Retreat.
