These anti-bodies are circulated into the whole body to be ready to fight any kind of attack on the body or mind. If there is any attack on the person, these anti-bodies are informed through the sternum.
Vibratory awareness with self-evaluation Teach Children about vibrations and help them feel them. Teach them to check vibrations and we can play a game with it. You might say everything has a colour, a texture, a feel, a sound or a smell. That is how we know it. We recognize something and we can identify it with our senses. We give it a name. We know whether to be wary or cautious or welcoming by what our senses tell us. But there is also another way. Everything has a vibration. When your Golden star is awakened, you can feel these vibrations. Tell them to check vibrations and draw something that you see around you that has cool vibrations. Trace your hands and then mark the fingers you get tingling sensations, cool, hot, warm. Exchange of vibrations (optional) We can teach children how to give vibrations to others and teach them to exchange vibrations.
Meditation on Mooladhara chakra Explain the significance of Mooladhara chakra and how it helps students in different ways. Make them meditate with attention on 4 petals of Mooladhara. Ask them if they feel any difference in vibrations.
Additional Activity (if time permits) + Assignment Ask children to meditate everyday at home and tell them to raise kundalini and take bandhan before studying.
