Seating Arrangements! No longer will need to make a mad rush to reserve seats we have done this for you! Each and every person from your group will have an ASSIGNED SEAT. Parishes with special needs requests have been placed accordingly. The seat assignments are detailed on the holder s Reservation Card.

Photo Appointments! Inside your packets is a BLUE appointment sheet. Refer to this sheet-assemble your group by the designated stage and before your appointment time. We have designated 3 photo areas (Stages) based on the size of your group. Each area has its own entrance. All entrances to the general photo area are located on the TERRACE LEVEL. Groups 50+ are assigned to Stage 1 Groups 26-50 are assigned to Stage 2 Groups 1-25 are assigned to Stage 3
Photo Appointments cont.. We will have ushers assisting in lining groups according to their appointment time. ~VERY IMPORTANT~ We have a designated photographer for ALL pictures with Bishop. This means NO outside Photographers are allowed. ONE picture per parish taken ONLY by our photographer No selfies, cell phone or tablet pictures are allowed during this time.

Rite of Election and Call to Continuing Conversion Reminders Attire: Dress in your Sunday best No food or drink in Golden Hall Turn off cell phones and no texting No children allowed except those who are catechumens and candidates also participating in the Rite with their parents.
Rite of Election and Call to Continuing Conversion Reminders Ceremony is set to begin with the Choral Presentation at 3:30 pm. All parishes are expected to be seated at that time. For the Calling of the Parishes, only the catechumens and candidates stand. Withhold any applause until all communities have been called.

As you return to your parishes Share this updated information with your catechumens, candidates, sponsors and team members. Make copies of the photo appointment and agree ahead of time WHEN and WHERE you will meet. Make sure everyone has their Reservation Card. Distribute the Southern Cross free year subscriptions to the catechumens and candidates (one card per family).
