Dated: - ~.01.2016 Whereas, vide Government Order No. 142- Home of 2015 dated 17.04.2015, a Tentative Seniority Lists of Deputy Superintendents of Police (Telecommunication) as on 01.01.2008, 01.01.2010 and 01.08.2013 as per 'Annexures "A, B & C" respectively to. the said Government order was notified for information of the concerned officers with the stipulation that any officer aggrieved with his' position in the seniority, may represent within 21 days from the date of issue of the order; and. Whereas" Shri Satish Kumar Sharma, DySP (Telecom) (ALC) represented to the Home Department requesting for his promotion as DySP (Telecom) w.e.f. 26.07.2013 on the, basis of his eligibility, vacancy, placement and assignment of seniority from the said date ahead of Shri Mateen Tak promoted as DySP (Telecom) w.e.f. 25.04.201,5 in the seniority list ofdysps as on 01.08.2013 (Annexure-C); and Whereas, vide Government order No. 443- Home of 2014 dated 28.09.2014, read with Government order No 596- Home of 2015 dated 23.12.2015, 43 Inspectors (Telecom) (lncharge Deputy Superintendents of Police) have been promoted as Deputy Superintendents of Police (Telecom) from different dates, on the recommendations of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission. In terms' of these orders, 04 Inspectors (Telecom) (Incharge Deputy Superintendents of Police), namely S/Shri Fayaz Yasin No. 2863, Akther Hussain, No. 2857, Javaid Iqbal, No. 2859 and Satish Kumar, ALC No.3l1PW have been promoted as Deputy Superintendents of Police (Telecom) w.e.f. 04.10.2011,18.05.2012,26.10.2012 and 25.04.2013 respectively. Now, therefore, a Final Seniority List of the Deputy Superintendents of Police (Telecommunication) as on 01.01.2008, 01.01.2010 and 01.08.2013, as per Annexures- "A, Band C" to this P- order, is hereby notified for information of the concerned officers.
