Breaking the Bonds of Duality KUNDALINI ACTIVATION Part 1: Information Kundalini, a Sanskrit word, is the amazing energy that has the potential to create a full bodied enlightenment for you. It is also called shakti, the power and force of creation itself. This energy was part of your energetic template and structures as you incarnated. It lies dormant at the base of your spine until it awakens through this life or other lives. It is described in ancient Indian texts, and has been a part of the yogic tradition for millennium. Kundalini is your life force energy. As you progress on your evolutionary path, it opens and rises through your sacred inner channels that come up through the base of your torso and up through the crown of your head. The 3 main channels are: the central called the Shushumna, and the secondary channels, the Ida and Pingala. Together with the chakras, these make up the core of your energy distribution. When this energy is awakened, it creates an effulgence of light pouring through you. Others
might see this glow... it is undeniable for those whose eyes can see clairvoyantly. A small majority of people have awakened with this power already coursing through their central energy channels. It is very important to awaken and develop the kundalini in a very safe way. As it rises, it can hit blockages in these 3 channels and create even extreme imbalance throughout the body, mind, or emotions. This is why it is so important to not force its activation. Through this course we help you to awaken it naturally, to encourage it to open at its own accord through safe frequencies and your attention. Some people have found it fine to receive direct initiations of gurus consciousness in their own fields, others have suffered. When kundalini is open and flowing, it delivers a wonderful enlightenment and the freedom from contractions of mind and body. It opens the flows of grace, harmony, natural protection, love, and much needed vitality, It can give a heightened or transformed sexual energy that can give increased sexual fluidity or through a tantric bliss with life. It can feel absolutely ecstatic, natural in every moment of life. Bliss can be the operating sensation through the min, heart, and body. It feels WONDERFUL to be so open and in tune with all the universal harmonic flows! A higher dimensional beingness of consciousness arises, and at some point, becomes all there is. Part 2: Self Discovery Meditation and daily journaling for this week s lesson: Aliveness Please do the following meditations and observations before your first listening to this lesson s Kundalini Activation transformational MP3, daily during this lesson s week, and also on an ongoing basis thereafter as desired. As these become a part of your daily practice, they continue to clear out old duality constructs and habits of mind from your personal field. Your loving acceptance of what arises will assist you to firmly establish yourself in a stance of Oneness and deep inner knowing. Do not rush yourself. If you feel a lot is shifting for you and you need more time than a week to integrate the energies and consciousness shifts, allow one more week between lessons. Continue with these daily meditations and practices, and listen at least twice a week to the transformational MP3 during this time.
Evening, 15 or more minutes: Create a consistent time in your evening for this meditation where you will have a quiet uninterrupted place to be with yourself for 15 or more minutes for this meditation and self exploration. Gather a pen and paper and place them beside a chair. Stretch a little and imagine your breath going throughout all of your body and mind, and gently encourage them to open as much as they would like. Then settle into a comfortable position, and write your answers to the questions below, noticing any body feelings, emotions, and insights that come up for you. Answer these questions through journaling: ~ How much energy do you feel in your body? ~ Do you feel balanced? ~ Can you feel or notice the inside of you body? ~ How do you feel about being powerful in the world? ~ How do you feel about feeling powerful in your body? ~ How do you feel about vulnerability to power that might feel outside of you? ~ Are you comfortable letting go of egoic control? ~ Can you allow yourself to be spontaneous? ~ How much flexibility in your body and mind do you notice? ~ Do you feel and believe it is okay to be ecstatic? ~ Are you okay with feeling ALIVE and sexual? ~ How do you feel about God, or Source, or the creative power of life? Lovingly come back to present time, and thank yourself for showing love and kindness by having given your supportive attention to you. Part 3: 2 more daily practices for this week to support your safe kundalini awakening:
1) Midday, 20+ minutes: Attention to the flexibility and strength of your body is very important for healthy kundalini flow. Stretching your body will open its flows and release stress, and strengthening your inner core muscles is very helpful to prepare your body for the increase of energy or shakti that can ensue as your kundalini gets more activated. The health and state of your body affects your spiritual, mental, and emotional health. This week give yourself at least 20 minutes of fluid motion exercise daily, during midday. Walk, hike, do yoga, pilates, dance, tennis, whatever it is you like to do. If you are unable to walk or be physical due to health issues, you can still gain benefit from meditating, sitting or lying down, while focusing as if you are walking briskly for the 20 or more minutes. Researchers have discovered that those who imagine they are engaged in activities can hone their skills at a sport, gain co-ordination, get more flexible, and strong. Your body follows the mind, and will feel the effects of your focus. 2) Morning, 10+ minutes: A caring and gentle daily meditation focused on the kundalini will lovingly encourage it to open and heighten your inner channels. Please do not force in any way, or do breathing techniques to awaken it unless you are under the close guidance of an expert! Every morning sit quietly in meditation with your back erect, but not tight or tense. Focus your attention on the base of your spine. Ask to be in touch with your kundalini. Gently squeeze the muscles of your pelvic floor, your perineum between your anus and sex organs. Ask for it to gently awaken. Bring your awareness from your coccyx and up your your spine to the top of your head and above. Continue this for 5 minutes; then just sit with your attention nicely focused on your coccyx for 5 more minutes, and feel whatever flows are present for you. Part 4: Transformational MP3 instructions: Please listen to this entire recording 3-7 times this week. Create a time and space in the morning or evening (explained later in this paragraph) where you will have a quiet uninterrupted place to be with yourself. Stretch your body a little, releasing stress and tension from your body and mind. Settle into a comfortable position, sitting or lying down. Intend your aura, your personal energy field that looks like a luminous egg, to have a 3-4 feet diameter from the center of your body, from the base of your torso up to the top of your head. Ground with the Earth to 4-10
feet below you into the chi pool chakra, and all the way through the Earth and above your head into the spaciousness of infinite Oneness. Simply be open, receptive, and allow your transformation to occur as you listen to the MP3. Please listen for the full duration, as there are steps in it that must be complete for your safe and full absorption and integration. It is fine if you fall asleep while you listen. In fact, a great time to listen is right before you go to sleep at night. With this initiation, you might feel amped up with energy. If so, listen to this MP3 in the morning. kundalini: power lying dormant at the bottom of the spine, until it awakens and moves upward, clearing and purifying constrictions in its path, especially through the chakras. nexus, nodal points: places of intersection, connecting point in the grids. Oneness: the Presence of creation that includes everything; knowing it is all one Being. presence: the enlightened or Source energies constantly showing up as you; the power of attention that creates all life. Being fully present or in Presence is from a sense of beingness, knowingness, that is not using the thinking or cognitive mind; simply with a soft focus to discern what is present and true. Seeing or knowing from a state of Oneness. shakti, shakti cicuits: the moving power, current of the universe. Special light bodies circuits where the shakti runs. subtle bodies / subtle layers: the layers of a person s aura that are rarified, with a faster vibrational wave or oscillation than the physical body. They hold information and experiences and interact in the other dimensional worlds. Can be seen or known with clairvoyant or clairgnostic senses. tantra: the nature of awakening as Oneness, all that is. Bodily sense of this vastness and permeability, connection. universal field: the field of frequencies and consciousness in which everything (Oneness) resides. Its information is always known by those who tune in there. veil: shroud or veil to block a person s light so they can experience limitation or duality. vibration: the quality and speed of energy that denotes its consciousness and form.
