It was an exciting CYO basketball season at All Saints Catholic Academy. The biddy boys made it to the Diocesan tournament. Even though they did not advance we are very proud of their effort. The Jr boys team won the regular season and CYO league tournament. They advanced to the Diocesan tournament where they beat St. Matt s in a very close game that was won with a final second basket (60-59). With the win they were crowned Diocesan champions! The Jr girls and biddy girls did not advance to league and diocesan tournaments, but they played hard all season and were very competitive. The pee wee teams played hard also and showed a tremendous amount of improvement as the season progressed. We are very proud of our girls and boys! Hope you were able to enjoy some of the games this season. The ASCA Sports Committee thanks you for your support and a big thanks to all the coaches and volunteers who contribute to the success of our CYO program. The CYO basketball banquet will be held on Monday, April 9th. For more information, please visit www.ascaalbany.org. If you are interested in volunteering or coaching please send an email to sportscommittee@allsaintsalbany.org.
