Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. One of God s greatest mandates, Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost has been one of our most award winning experiences each year for over 20 years. I would like to take this opportunity to invite you and your church family to join us on our annual pilgrimage to the beautiful and warm surroundings at Epworth by The Sea for our Open Water Sacrament of Baptism Retreat and Ceremony. Since 1998, God has allowed us to baptize over 1000 men, women, and children from various backgrounds and walks of life into the Body of Christ. We have greatly impacted the lives of thousands, simply, by doing what God called us to do. In the last few years we have drawn global attention from renowned photojournalist, Jim Lo Scalazo, a Washington D.C. based photojournalist with European Press Photo Agency and Miss Caroline Davis, a pre-eminent river baptism photographer. As in previous years, God laid it on my heart to extend the invitation to other believers to join us in this call. Please consider partnering with us. Frequently Asked Questions Who can attend? We encourage all who want to be baptized; all who want to be a witness and all who want to fellowship to attend. We strongly encourage Pastors and Ministers to help facilitate during the Sacrament of Baptism Ceremony and participate in the scheduled conferences. How much is the deposit? $50.00 non-refundable deposit due by 2/17/18 When is the deadline to register? The registration deadline is April 7, 2018 Can I pay with a Credit Card? Yes. Credit Card transactions will include an additional convenience fee. What are the travel and lodging arrangements? We will travel together on the luxurious 55 passenger bus and have secured lodging arrangements with Epworth By The Sea, (a ministry owned and operated by the South Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church; Located on the banks of the historic Frederica River). The costs listed below are per person and include breakfast, lunch and dinner for the entire stay.
