There are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of services, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who activates all of them in everyone. The real gift is the joy you bring to our lives all year long. When we first came I was hurting and tired from a previous call; you welcomed me and my family. As some of you might know, Mike is not one who enjoys change, so to leave one congregation and make new friends with two more, was concerning; and you welcomed him too. On many Sundays, as we drive home from worship we often find ourselves marveling at the "good people of New Scandinavia and Dallas" who are so warm and kind. Thank you for living the Gospel of Jesus and may we find even more ways to share Christ's loving kindness with others. Merry Christmas! Pastor Heather We would like to thank Dallas and New Scandinavia Churches for the gift cards at Christmas time. They are sure appreciated. Jackie and Rhonda 6
