YPBC BAPTIST WOMEN'S SUNDAY Today we are delighted to be celebrating, once again, the ministries of Canadian Baptist Women of Ontario and Quebec (CBWOQ) and to help us do this, we welcome Renee James, editor of the CBWOQ "live" magazine. CBWOQ exists to come alongside the women in our CBOQ churches in order to facilitate an authentic experience of God and to encourage a missional lifestyle. We are thrilled to be announcing that YPBC Women's Ministries have established, in partnership with CBWOQ, the "Dorothy Neal New Initiatives Fund". We believe this to be a fitting way to honour Dorothy who was a member of YPBC and an exemplary leader and mentor among Baptist Women through CBWOQ and North American Baptist Women. We trust that this initiative will be an inspiration to Baptist women in ministry and leadership as we live out our faith together. Today we have the opportunity to support the creative ministries of CBWOQ and for this purpose you may use the envelopes placed within the bulletin. Cheques may be made out to YPBC Women and designated for CBWOQ at the bottom. We are so grateful for your generosity. This FRIDAY, APRIL 15th at 7:30pm William Maddox will play an organ recital here at Yorkminster Park as a fundraising event for the Choir's upcoming tour to St. Paul's Cathedral, London.
