OFFERTORY HYMN (Mama Mary) Tell me, how did you feel when the angel came to the garden? How did you feel, how did you feel? When he said, If you re afraid, I beg your pardon, But you re the one to bear God s son. Tell me, how did you feel? How did you feel? How did you feel? How did you feel? 1

O mama, mama Mary, we wish you joy, we wish you joy O mama, mama Mary, your little boy, your little boy Soon to be our Savior 2

Tell me, how did you feel on the final day? How did you feel? How did you feel? When you arrived in Bethlehem to hear them say No food, no table, save in the stable. Tell me, how did you feel? How did you feel? How did you feel? How did you feel? 3

O mama, mama Mary, we wish you joy, we wish you joy O mama, mama Mary, your little boy, your little boy Soon to be our Savior 4

Tell me, how did you feel when the wise men came to see Him? How did you feel, how did you feel? When shepherds and kings with precious things adored Him It had begun, here was the One Tell me, how did you feel? How did you feel? How did you feel? How did you feel? 5

O mama, mama Mary, we wish you joy, we wish you joy O mama, mama Mary, your little boy, your little boy Soon to be our Savior 6

May the Lord accept this sacrifice at your hands, for the praise and glory of his name, for our good, and the good of all his holy Church.

And with your spirit. We lift them up to the Lord. It is right and just.

Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God of hosts. Heaven and earth are full of Your glory. Hosanna in the highest.

Blessed is he who comes In the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest.

When we eat this Bread and drink this Cup, We proclaim your Death, O Lord, Until you come again.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation. But deliver us from evil.

For the Kingdom, the power and the glory are yours, now and forever.

And with your spirit.

Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us. Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us. Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, grant us peace.

Lord, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, But only say the word, and my soul shall be healed.

Communion

COMMUNION HYMN (Violet in the Snow) When it all began, God was so very far away A mighty King whom man trust honor and obey But we went astray and God said, "My people need a friend." So many years ago in Bethlehem a baby came Like a violet in the snow 1

He was wrinkled and red and he cried just the same as you and I And as she held her son, Mary's secret filled her eyes Yes, she thought of us and knew that His peace could fill our lives So many years ago in Bethlehem a baby came Like a violet in the snow 2

O, the shepherds came and the angels sang throughout the night And the light of the star banished hopelessness and fright Yes, our Brother has come and now we know that God is love So many years ago in Bethlehem a baby came Like a violet in the snow 3

2 nd COMMUNION HYMN Refrain (Come Lord Jesus) Come Lord Jesus Come Lord Jesus Come Lord Jesus Come and be born in our hearts 1

Come, O Prince of Peace Come, O Prince of Peace Come, O Prince of Peace Come and be born in our hearts 2

Our hearts are open Our hearts are open Our hearts are open Come and be born in our hearts 4

Come Lord Jesus Come Lord Jesus Come Lord Jesus Come and be born in our hearts 5

Come Lord Jesus Come Lord Jesus Come Lord Jesus Come and be born in our hearts 7

Closing Prayer: Lord God, you promise to send us joy beyond all telling. Let your blessing come upon us as we wait for your promised Light to dispel the darkness of our minds and hearts. Send your peace into the world, may the fire of your love fill our hearts and make us one with you and with each other. We ask this through the Great Light, Jesus Christ, who enlightens and encourages us always. Amen P

And with your spirit.

Amen.

Thanks be to God.
