The Oracle of Aromansse Focus Levels Fall 015 FOCUS LEVELS A Different Approach Seeing Focus Levels as Consciousness Levels Lets Look at Focus Levels Differently We are used to thinking about Focus Levels as distances or places. What if we looked at them as Consciousness Levels? This opens up a whole new way of seeing Focus Levels and Consciousness! Redefining Focus Levels: Life and living is about knowing yourself. You are more than your physical body. You are a spiritual being having a physical experience on this Earth this time around. Let s explore Life and Focus Levels from that vantage point!

Exploring Consciousness Levels during Our Personal Evolution In this section we will be exploring the various consciousness levels that become part of our personal journey and growth experiences while here on earth. C1C1 LIFE BEFORE EMBARKING ON A PRACTICE OF MEDITATION C1C1 is the physical body and earth-bound mentality where your life represents the state where you are trying to contact your unconscious self. This is where you reside before you embark on your life with meditation. In C1C1 you are connected to the Global Unconsciousness. This connection begins with your parents, religious institutions, schools, bosses, sensationalized news, and society in general. We are born connected to the Global Consciousness, but by the time we are about 7 years of age, through our exposure to society and Global Unconsciousness we have lost our connection to Consciousness. In addition, regarding our spiritual growth or consciousness, we are very often taught that the only we way we can talk to God is through someone else like a priest or some other intermediary. COMING OUT OF THE CLOSET THROUGH HIGHLY IMPACTFUL LIFE EVENTS At some time in our life we experience a startling event that causes to stop and think, THERE HAS TO BE MORE THAN THIS! You begin to really question the dogma, the belief systems, religious institutions, your parents, etc. The event could be death of a close family member or friend, a near death experience, divorce, the loss of livelihood, etc. YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS This is where your personal journey begins. You find yourself unhappy with your current situation or with your life; you experience depression. Some part of you knows that this is not what your life is supposed to be about! You start to rethink your values and your journey into the exploration begins by learning to go Within! Dreams, Imagination, and Imaginary Friends Our parents, though with good intentions, try to help us through the things we may fear or find unusual tell us that our dreams, imaginations, or perceptions are just dreams or just your imagination when in fact these are our very real connections to Global Consciousness. The people in whom we have total trust encourage us to let go of our connection to the Spiritual. Because our parents have lost that connection themselves so long ago, the connection children have is no longer understandable to them, so it is then drummed out of their children. Seeing Focus Levels Through a Different Lens This table summarizes the range of personal states of consciousness that one might experience while exploring various Focus Levels. It represents the continuum of states that lead to higher levels of consciousness and greater self-discovery of the Total Self, the Higher Self or the Inner Self Helper. These states afford us endless possibilities for exploration of our physical and non-physical environments and Selves. Your Steps Toward Inner Growth and Knowing F10 - GATEWAY TOWARD RELAXATION AND INNER GROWTH F10 is the most important Focus Level where you begin to understand that you are a spiritual being having a physical experience; you are more than your physical body. You are now exploring life with greater awareness, having shifted from C1C1 (Global Unconsciousness) to C1-F10 (Self Inside). F10 is your access to personal physical resilience. F10 is the source of your kinesiologic power to discern what is good or not good for you. It is also the beginning of your ability to truly relax. Relaxation is very important because it calms the Central Nervous System (CNS). When the CNS is calmed and relaxed your muscular system is able to access universal wisdom about everything! But, when muscles are tense, they are unable to perceive that wisdom or to feel internally generated warning signs. One of the ways to ensure that you are in tune and relaxed is to be in F10. F10 allows your muscles to relax and to be receptive to messages. Among the most important muscle groups in this discussion are our intestines, which are connected to the vagus nerve and has been extensively studied by TCM. Our intestines are the basis of our gut feelings, our gut level of knowing. When children are aware that something is not right, they often experience diarrhea. With the knowledge that F10 is important, you can learn to fully relax your CNS, your muscles, and your mind. You can perform these exercises to help you stay relaxed: Remind yourself to stay in F10 with sticky notes. Look for imbalances in your body, posture, body alignment, etc., by looking into a mirror when naked. Try your gym workouts, or other exercises or Yoga in F10! F10 Meditations to connect you to your inside intuition about whether something you are going to eat or do is good or bad for your body Lessen the damage and pain and speed up recovery from procedures such as dental work, surgery or other work by being in F10. Being relaxed during a car accident reduces injury. This is the state of your non-physical intuition, the Self that is outside which guides us As our Self expands, our own Self becomes more aware of the energies of the Selves of others who are in an expanded state of awareness. This is where we are provided with feedback on the state of the world around us. We feel this awareness through our solar plexus on the physical level. There are exercises that support the expansion into F1: Meditation in F1 to help you feel your own expanded awareness. Using your palms to detect the energy of other Selves, which could be other people, your pets, plants, etc. F15 SELF EVERYWHERE AND EVERYWHEN Using Timeline we can perceive our Self in different places and in different times. An example of this is the TV series Sense8. This reminds us that we are: More than a physical body We exist in many pieces We exist in many places We exist in many time periods There are exercises that we can do to support the exploration of your Self in F15: Timeline Meditations Connect with your clues in F15 by going to places that feel like home, connecting with activities to understand their causes or roots, like collecting hats, loving to paint, having a fear of water, etc. F1 THE STATE OF SELF OUTSIDE OF SELF The state of F1 is the state of expanded awareness. This means reaching from the inside toward the outside of the body. This includes your awareness of your Electromagnetic Field (EMF) and your awareness of yourself as a spirit. 3

F18 THE LOVING SELF F18 is an important Focus Level, not because it connects us to the foundation of the Universe, Love, but because it is the thread that runs through all of the other Focus Level Selves that we experience. We are living our current physical life on earth in the Pisces era. This era is about living a life of love as taught by Buddha, Jesus, and others. This is where we also begin to explore and to understand the love of the Self. The exercises we can do to support the exploration of loving your Self in F18 are: Opening the Heart 1 Workshop Taoism - BioEnergy 5 Workshop Tantra Workshops Bach Flower Remedies o Crabapple to support the love of the physical Self o Pine to support love of the Self intellectually and who you are in the world as You F1 DISCOVERY OF YOUR TOTAL SELF F1 is where you encounter and begin to work with your Inner Self Helper (ISH). This is the state in which you work using non-verbal communication to connect all of your pieces of Self back together. In this state many of you may operate with visual clues, and you can expect to gain more from non-verbal communication and through feelings, visuals, symbols, feelings of knowing, or what ever impacts you personally. Exercises in F1: Use this opportunity to connect with the Inner Self Helper to try to experience your knowing. Experience your knowing through feelings or symbols, etc. F7 THE HIGHER SELF The F7 you are experiencing your Inner Why of the Self: Local 3 Exploring F35 - F49 F35 I THERE SELF F4 I THERE CLUSTER SELF F49 ONENESS/ONE SELF The Oneness of F49 is experienced as the As Me, The Total Self, or the Cluster Council. This is where we can connect to the sea of bonded super cluster and where we can wink out to start a full new process again in a new universe (perhaps F50?) or maybe by creating our own focus level to receive players like we observed in the Matrix movies. Reassembling our pieces or challenges is what this is all about. What happens in the microcosm (in our Self) happens in parallel in macrocosm (the Universe). Why am I doing what I am doing? Why have I made these choices? Why am I where I am in my growth and evolution? Why? Why? Why? Exercises in F7 to help you in your knowing of Why include: The Dying and Living Program and discussion with the Entry Director in F7 who is aware of all of your Selves in your other Focus Levels 4

1 Lorem Ipsum Dolor Spring 016 Living in and Coping with Life in the NOW LIVING IN THE NOW! HOW DO I COPE WITH MY LIFE IN THE NOW? We have all heard or read about the importance of living in the NOW. Meaning, we should live our lives present and aware of what is going on around us and not living on automatic pilot for example when we are driving, getting ready for work or school or another day with the kids. You need to come to some realizations: We are asked to not live in the past thinking about what might have been, or in the future planning, planning, planning so much so that which is right in front of us passes by without our having even experienced it! 1. Use Your Tools: We have no shortage of tools at our disposal with which to learn and explore the universe! We have more tools coming to us even now! We also have more ways to integrate those many tools than we have ever had in the past!. Be Grateful: You have been granted an opportunity to live on the physical plane to learn those lessons that you cannot learn in the spiritual realm. That is why you signed up for this life! This life is a gift, whether you can see it or not. Now, go live your life! 3. Stop Complaining: You signed up for this series of lessons, and you were granted your kick at the can. You asked for these lessons and you are getting the opportunity to learn from them. What have you to complain about? 4. Use Your Thoughts Carefully: Your life is a product of your thoughts. Nothing in the universe happens without a thought. No one is doing anything to you without your having thought of this possibility first. You are here to learn to improve your state of mind and quality of your thoughts. Those lessons cannot happen while living in ideal circumstances. 5. Be Grateful for Your Failures: Your challenges, and especially what you perceive as your failures are all gifts. With every opportunity you are offered to do something, you have an opportunity to succeed or to fail. Each time you succeed you can smile, but each time you fail, you learn to look for new solutions. Failure is your greatest gift if you can see it that way. COPING WITH LIVING IN THE NOW! We are asked to live in the now and deal with what life is dishing out! We are asked to not hide in the past or in the future, but to deal with the cards we are being dealt as the dealer is dealing them. We are asked to live fearlessly. This is something we need to do, not only so we keep our head in the game, but when you think about it, it is because experiencing life is why we all showed up here! Awakening in the now is great but Being in the now without having the proper tools to deal with all of the destabilizing issues around you can send you toward psychological problems very quickly. If we wanted to simply dream a life and not learn to master our power from it, we could have just kept on tinkering with our dreams in the spiritual realm! If you are here and not taking advantage of your physical life opportunity, you are just consuming oxygen and tying up physical body real estate without benefit to yourself or to anyone else! It means dealing with our kids, our parents, our bosses, families, and our own issues so that we develop mastery over those issues and ourselves. It means failing sometimes (or a lot) too and being OK with the things we call or see as failure. We are easily disillusioned by our issues, failures, fears, and by other challenges. Take heart; try to see these challenges differently. See them as growth opportunities! 5
