The evening begins with a spectacular Balinese dance performance followed by a meal of some 40 dishes from various regions of Indonesia, served family-style at your table by a parade of traditionally dressed ladies. UBUD NIGHT 28 DECEMBER 7-10 pm An insightful evening into the art, food and culture of the Ubud village awaits you. This special event features cuisine normally reserved for important festivals and ceremonies in Balinese-Hindu life, including a fresh Ubud-style suckling pig prepared over an open wood fire.
