The facts supporting this belief are as follows: On January 26, 2012, Defendant Harris jumped off the roof of the Rally s restaurant located at 36XX N. Grand when M.C., an employee of Rally s restaurant, was approaching the front door. Defendant Harris tapped the glass on the window of the restaurant with what appeared to be a gun and demanded entry. After Defendant Harris was denied entry he fled the scene in a vehicle. Defendant Kajuan Tate admitted to police officers that he dropped off and picked up Defendant Harris before and after the robbery. Defendant Tate also states that Defendant Gines was with him at the time. On January 26, 2012, Defendant Kajuan Tate approached C.S. with what appeared to be a gun and demanded his property. Defendant Tate took C.S. s backpack and fled in a car. Defendant Harris and defendant Gines were present in the vehicle that defendant Tate fled in after the robbery. On January 26, 2012, Defendant Harris approached V.H. with what appeared to be a gun and demanded his property. Defendant Harris took cigarettes and an IPod from V.H.. Defendant Tate and defendant Gines were present in the vehicle that defendant Harris fled in after the robbery.
