I & II Semester Objectives : 1) To import basic ideas and knowledge about urdu language and literature. 2) To enable the student to grasp the content of extract from Urdu Prose, Dastan, Novel, Draama, Afsaana and Urdu Poetry Gazal, Nazam and Quaseedah. 3) To taught the history of Urdu language and literature to students. 4) To improve the skill of correct speaking of urdu with right pronounciation. 5) To educate the basic concepts of Modern Prose and Poetry. 6) To develop amongest the student critical abilities along with skills listening, reading, speaking and essay writing, letter writing more intesively and effectively.
