The Society has had an inquiry from Tracy Bale Flowers. She is hoping that someone might recognize some of the men in the photograph below. Tracy's grandfather traveled to Oklahoma from Texas to "make his own way". The photograph says "Oklahoma Boys" on the back and has a date of 1908. Her grandfather, John Elbert Bale is in the center, back row. He would have been about 19 years old at the time. (If you have information to help Ms. Flowers, please contact MCGS) 33
