Prayer: Sandy Ryerson Song: The River Introduction of Serge LeClerc: Message: Sandy Ryerson Serge LeClerc, Director Teen Challenge Saskatchewan Special Offering For Teen Challenge MISSION FOCUS TEEN CHALLENGE Charlie: Hello. My name is Charlie, and I am 20 years old. Because of my short stature, I got picked on a lot, so in high school I vowed to myself that I would not be picked on anymore. I looked for the bad group of guys to hang out with, and I started doing the things they were doing. This included smoking, drinking, and soon enough smoking pot. I figured school was such a waste of time so I started working, which just gave me more time and money for partying. I got into more drugs. I tried just about everything short of sticking needles in my veins. My father died of a heart attack, and I blamed myself for it. I knew my life was going nowhere, but I did not know how to change. One day, my Gramma showed me a brochure for Teen Challenge Saskatchewan. When I entered the Centre, I was accepted right away, and I didn t have to prove myself to anyone. Well, God grabbed me, and He has not let me go. Although it is not easy and some days are really hard, I now have God s help to deal with any problems I face and to break free from my addictions. I thank you for all your prayers and support. Your support is giving me a second chance in life! Teen Challenge Saskatchewan P.O. Box 21111 Saskatoon, SK S7H 5N9 (306) 664-4673 www.tcsk.org Closing Prayer: Sandy Ryerson Sin is like quicksand: Your own efforts only make you sink deeper. Only an outside hand can pull you out. Teen Challenge Saskatchewan is currently looking to fill a Full- Time Staff position with a person with handyman skills. If you are interested, please send a resume to Serge LeClerc, Director at Teen Challenge Saskatchewan. For more information, call 664-4673 or toll free 1-866-876-1847.

Please come and hear her story of how she became involved and what part she and others are playing to create solutions. 6:30 p.m. Couples Night at Eastside Church: Pastor Rory & Karen Grooters will be sharing some very personal and traumatic stories about "Surviving Life's Stressful Situations".
