Decatur Lutheran Bible Institute Make it your New Year s resolution to come and learn at the 50th annual Decatur Lutheran Bible Institute (LBI). Classes meet at Wyneken Memorial Lutheran School, just north of Decatur on Highway 27. Students and adults can choose from four stimulating courses Praying in the Midst of Suffering, God s Salvation Meal: The Highlight of Worship, What Will Make Me Happy?, and A Study of Jonah.
