Dear St. Anne Parishioners: I d like to give you some updates on our Bridge to the Future Campaign, which is scheduled to conclude at the end of May 2018. We have divided the Campaign into 3 separate goals, which are as follows: Number of Participants. We have 1,035 families at St. Anne, and have set a goal of having 200 families participate in the campaign. As of the 3 rd week of January, we have reached 121 participants. Monthly Increase in Stewardship Giving. We have set the goal of increasing our monthly stewardship by $3,000. As of January 21, we have increased $1,950 in monthly stewardship giving. This is perhaps the most important category at this point, since it will most greatly impact our future giving. Please take a look at your monthly giving, and discern if you can commit to giving a little more. Mortgage Reserves. Our goal in this category is $92,000. So far, we have reached $65,000 in gifts and pledges. If you have not yet made a commitment to the Bridge campaign, please pick up a form at the Information Table after Mass this weekend, and help us to reach these goals! The future of our parish depends on your generosity!! A hearty Thank You! to all of those who have already participated in the campaign, and helped us to come so far. Are you ready to learn the quickest, surest, and easiest way to holiness? In our hectic day and time, Saint John Paul II and Saint Mother Teresa knew that the quickest way to be transformed into a saint is through a relationship with Our Blessed Mother, Mary. In our weekly meetings, starting February 14 through March 21, (Tuesdays at St. Anne's Church at 6 pm)- we ll share our insights within our small group and then watch a 30- minute video by Fr. Michael Gaitley, MIC, who brings our individual reflections and group experience into a clear and livable focus. Each day on your own you will follow four great Marian giants: St. Louis de Montfort, St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. Mother Teresa, and St. Pope John Paul II. They ll teach us the secrets to drawing closer to the Heart of Jesus through the Heart of Mary. If you want to transform your relationship with Christ, this is a perfect New Year's Resolution. For questions, and to register, please email Claudia Reuteler, creutele@gmail.com The culmination; Marian Consecration will be March 25th. Its pews will be filled, if I help fill them. It will do great work, if I work. It will make generous gifts to many causes, if I am a generous giver. It will bring other people into its worship and fellowship, if I invite and bring them. It will be a church of loyalty and love, of fearlessness and faith, and a church with a noble spirit, if I, who make it what it is, am filled with these same things. Therefore, with the help of God, I shall dedicate myself to the task of being all the things that I want my church to be.
