Fellowship Guidelines 1. Every Pastor should be saying the same things, about Baptism in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. The baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives them utterance doctrine should be clearly explained. Pastors should be able to explain the doctrine concerning the Baptism in Jesus Name, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost. 2. Every Pastor and minister must be born again, and a lover of men souls to win the lost for Jesus Christ. 3. Qualifications for all minister joining the fellowship, Pastor must be blameless, not a Bigamous, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach; not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre, but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; One that rule well their own house, having children in subjection will all gravity. Not a novice or one who serve with pride. Yes, one must have a good report of them which are outside the church. 4. Preacher s offering, never forget the labor is worthy of their hire. Only the host pastor will not preach at his own church during the fellowship meetings, unless agreed to do so. 5. Each Pastor of the fellowship is expected to bring an offering and to encourage the members in attendance to do the same; this will help in the support of each ministry in the fellowship of churches. 6. Women Pastor joining the fellowship must have a covering or come under the fellowship covering. 7. Ten percent of the total collected offering will be given to the fellowship, and enter into the fellowship bank account to help ministries throughout the fellowship, and pay for traveling expenses for the board of trustees. 8. The goal of this fellowship is to build the body of Christ and to expand the kingdom of God. 9. All Pastors must have proper ministry documentations and pass the fellowship examination. 10. All property which the fellowship purchases with remains the property of the fellowship. If property is sold it must be agreed upon by the fellowship board of executives. 11. The board of executive must have proper receipts, and approval by a majority of the executive board for all reimbursable expenses, (i.e., Travel, hotel, food and miscellaneous expenses) As undersigned, I concur with the guidelines above: Please sign and date with church address and phone number.
