All applicants must complete a separate booking form as fully as possible, please call us if you require a booking form or download one from our website. 2. A deposit of Rs. 1,00,000/- per person must accompany the booking form (non-refundable). 3. A passport photocopy for each applicant must also be submitted at the time of booking. We have limited seats available and usually sell out fast! To avoid disappointment, book as soon as possible. Additional requirements 1. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Note : We will retain your passport until visas have been issued, which could take until close to the departure date. 2. 4 passport sized photographs (white background) 3. Terms & Conditions Departure Date - 2 / 4th Sept. from Mumbai and 1 / 3rd Sept from Delhi. (2 / 3rd Zil Hijja) Shifting Package - Before Haj / Stay at Khalidiyah / Rusaifah 3 K.M. away from Haram-Sharif from 14th Zilhaj. Hotel Makkah - 14 / 15 / 17th Zilhaj / Transfer to Hotel (2 / 3 / 4* Status) Stay in Hotel from 14 / 15 / 17th Zilhaj to 1 / 2nd Muharrum. (Distance of Hotel from Haram-Sharif (400 Mtrs.) and 700 Mtrs. depending on package selected. Sharing of Rooms - (i) Stay Al Khalidiyah / Rusaifah 4 / 5 persons sharing, (ii) Stay at Hotel Makkah Sharing of 4/3/2 Couples Rooms will be provided on request (Extra Cost to be paid separately). Hotel in Madina - From 1 / 2nd Muharrum to 9 / 10th Muharrum (150 Mtr from Haram-Sharif) Qurbani - Qurbani is not included in the Package Cost. Luggage - Only 30 Kg of luggage allowed, extra luggage or penalty borne by pilgrims & not by us. Ziyarat - Holy places Makkah & Madina (ziyarat will be organised in a private bus by us after Haj). Orientation Programme - A Programme will be held in Mumbai and Delhi before our departure, all pilgrims will be informed about the date & venue accordingly. A similar Orientation Programme will also be held at Makkah before our 05 days of Haj Journey. Food - Breakfast/ Lunch / Dinner will be provided in Dinning - Hall by buffet system. Strict rules of timing should be maintained. No Food or Service beyond timings & no food service in rooms will be allowed. Payments - All Pilgrims of the Package Cost will be paid by Cheque / Demand Draft or by Pay Order. Tour prices are subject to change in exchange rate at the time of traveling and enhancement in exchange rate will have to be borne by passenger. Cancellation - Any bookings cancelled for any person, 75% cancellation charges will be deducted. No refunds once passports are submitted for Visa. Identity - Cards / Gifts / Bags / Sim-Card etc. will be given to all the pilgrims of our package. Medical - Meningitis / Oral - Polio dose & other Vaccine to be taken before departure as it is mandatory for all pilgrims. Vaccine has to be taken before your journey, i.e. 15 days prior to your Departure dates. Any pilgrims who has medical problem should inform us before travelling as it will be helpful for us to keep the record, so as to provide the medical facility at any emergency. Handicaps & Old aged should be informed before as to provide wheel-chair & other transport facilities. Tawaf-e-Ziyarat - which is mandatory for Haj pilgrims, done on 10th /11 th & 12th Zilhaj, is to be done by on your own cost (Transport) not provided by us. (Not included in Package). Any Forms or substance of Narcotics / Drugs are banned & Punishable to Death Penalty. We shall take Insurance Cover/ Medical Insurance of the Pilgrims as per the Group Accident Policy of Haj Committee of India.
