Some officers wait months to be able to go to their appointment. Others may be away from their appointment for months trying to get visas and passports renewed. -Financial resources to care for the Officers and retired officers and to minister to the people in the most need. -Safety for the officers, cadets and soldiers who are working at kettles this season. This would include those specifically responsible for the disbursement of the cash and those who maintain the records. I would also see the need for the benefactors of the projects funding to find ways for funds to be used for the greater good of en re villages. Worldwide The Salvation Army runs 32 general hospitals, 128 general clinics, 125 mobile medical clinics, and dozens of other medical programs implemented by over 3,000 doctors and medics. Pray for health and healing for the patients in these medical facilities, and pray for wisdom and compassion for the medical personnel.

Poverty, cultural barriers, illiteracy, religious opposition and a rigid class system pose tremendous obstacles to the gospel. Pray for perseverance for Believers as many Christians face persecution. The safe delivery of our new grand daughter who is due in February, as well as for her mom and dad as they welcome a new baby. Continued safe travel as we visit throughout the zone. We travel at a minimum of 7-10 days per month so we travel a lot! We kindly request to li* up in your prayers all our ke le workers (volunteers and employees) asking the Lord to give them strength and joy, protec on and safety; some of them need to meet Jesus personally. Please also keep in your prayers our young people, to be determined and courageous to share God's plan of salva on with others.
