The Chapel of The Queen s College Music and Services Michaelmas Term 2016
Welcome to the Chapel of The Queen s College, Oxford, especially if this is your first term in Oxford. This booklet provides you with the basic outline of our services in College this term, including the appointed psalms, readings, preachers, anthems and canticles (that is, the Magnificat and Nunc dimittis at evensong). We hope these services help everyone in College to be spiritually refreshed in the presence of God. If you re a member of college and would like to be more involved in the Chapel s life, either by reading, leading prayers, or joining the Junior Chapel Committee, or would like to consider being baptised or confirmed (in fifth week), do get in touch with the Acting Chaplain (david.knight@queens.ox.ac.uk).
