Roman Catholic Diocese of Calgary Announcements from the Catholic Pastoral Centre EMERGENCY RELIEF AID FOR FLOOD VICTIMS IN TEXAS AND ASIA Catholic Charities and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in the Archdiocese of Galveston/Houston will be providing direct long-term assistance and case management services to victims displaced in flood in Texas. In Asia, Caritas organizations are responding to the needs in India, Nepal and Bangladesh by providing food, clean drinking water, and shelter. Emergency relief is also focused on preventing the spread of waterborne disease by delivering health, hygiene and sanitation support. Donations can be made through the Diocese website or cheques can be forwarded to the Pastoral Centre - 120-17 Ave SW.
