Health Concerns During the Services If you don t feel well during a service please summon an usher or ask a neighbor in the pew to summon someone so that we can adequately tend to any medical issues. Please do not be concerned about disrupting the service. We care about you! Parents & Children Parents, in an effort to consistently improve our worship services, we ask you to sit with your children and teenagers in the worship service so that all can be edified without great distraction. Phones and tablets can be used too by our young people to access sermon notes and the Bible online, but we ask that they refrain from other uses so that they can grow as well. PHOTO SHOOT TODAY! We are looking for about 25 people in all age groups from teen through adult to participate in a photo shoot today! Each person will be photographed while taking our survey! The photos will be displayed during a song in the cantata next week. It will only take a few minutes to shoot, but you will wait for your turn in line. Please wear an outer garment that you would wear on a typical winter day to go shopping at a mall. Please do NOT wear solid white or grey of any kind. The photos will be shot inside and the first person will be photographed around 2:30 p.m. We will finish by 3:30 p.m. A few adults are needed to run the event. Please see Jill Melton or Cindi Decker to help out. An instruction sheet will be posted on the bulletin board as well. Please sign up today as the clipboard is passed around. DRESS REHEARSAL TODAY beginning at 1:15 p.m. for children and anyone in a support role (walk on stage or acting role, Nativity characters). Please see Meg Woehr for a costume after church. Walk ons should be here by 1:15 and Nativity by 2:30 p.m. CHOIR CANTATA REHEARSAL December 7 at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 6 and Thursday CHILDREN S LUNCH & DRESS REHEARSAL TODAY at 12:45 p.m. in Rooms 20 and 21 for the Christmas Musical! BRING A LUNCH for the child Pick up at 5 p.m. but please be flexible as we are in the last week of production. CHILDREN S COSTUME clothing should be brought TODAY. Final dress rehearsal for ALL CAST will be on Saturday, December 9 th from 9 am to 3 pm. We appreciate your patience as you await your time of participation. Child Safety Trained Adults are welcome to sign up to help supervise. LUNCH IS PROVIDED along with some breakfast snacks if you arrive at 9 a.m. The Christmas Musical is coming next Saturday, December 9 th at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 10 th at 6:00 p.m.! Please use the flyers at the Information Center (note some larger sized for posting at businesses). This year s program features a larger adult choir along with the children s teams to sharing song and story with a message of peace through Jesus Christ in The Reason for the Season. The true meaning of Christmas will be told in a delightful dramatic musical of favorite carols and beautiful new songs and fresh arrangements that you, your family, friends, neighbors and coworkers will love! Please note that we regret that we will NOT be able to provide a keepsake video of the presentation, so please plan accordingly. 9
