Transcription:

The objective of this lesson is not to point fingers at any one belief but to adhere to what the Scriptures and the Messianic writings have to say. Again I would like to be clear here, this is not an attack on Christianity as a whole, or other Messianic beliefs. We do not claim that we know it all, but each one of us are striving to become more like the Mashiyach (Messiah) in how he walked, and the Instructions that the Father gave us from the very beginning.

Here are some reasons for different beliefs They do not understand or do what the writings say; See Mattithyahu or Matthew 23:2-13 Culture; Western mindset verses Eastern mindset Language; Translation of word, word phrases, and idioms. The Main reason for this problem other than what has been stated is a lot of people do not know how Christianity was formed from the beginning. Some believe it does not matter, because they love the Mashiyach (Messiah). Here is the problem. They were the ones that formed the theology of Christianity. They wanted to totally separate themselves from what was called Jewish. They condemned anyone who thought to do Feast Days, Shabbaths, Laws and seasons, just to name a few. They were called cursed, and called the Law a curse, and not a blessing as well. All of this we will be going over.

These things are very important in understanding the purpose of this whole book. If we believe that the same being that was talking and guiding in the TANAK, then became flesh in the Messianic writings, would you believe he changed His mind and wanted to do a new thing. He is not double minded, remember Yashayahu or Isaiah 46:10 states He knew the end from the beginning. Malachi states He changes not. So He cannot be double minded.

What happened, that Yahusha had to Come? The Commandments, Torah, Laws Statues, Judgments and Covenants were Broken. 12 Tribes were divided into two Houses larcy ( Israel -ישראל) received a Divorce certificate The inheritance of hwhy ( Yahuah -יהוה) was destroyed The Laws had No honor in the 12 Tribes of larcy ( Israel -ישראל)

What was His purpose in Coming To Restore what was Lost To make the Law Honorable Yashayahu or Isaiah 42:21 -יהודה) ( Israel -ישראל) and hdwhy To gather larwy Yahudah) and make them one To bring Salvation and Redemption To be remarried, and share His Inheritance

What was the purpose of larcy ( Israel -ישראל) To be a Light to the World Is this light to each other or to the Nations? To the Nations

Did the Plan Change Did the Mashiyach (Messiah) come to Change what was written in the TANAK? Did He get rid of Israel? Did He start a whole new Tree called Christianity?

What does Babel or Babylon?בבל Mean 894. lrb;db Babel, baw-bel ; from 1101; confusion; Mixed; Babel (i.e. Babylon), including Babylonia and the Babylonian empire: Babel, Babylon. It means confusion by mixing! A house within a house that is being taught. (In other words; Another house was placed in the Fathers house to teach the Fathers instructions). It is a mixture of religions, culture, teachings, and doctrine. Is that good?

Let s look at two examples in the Messianic writings Luke 4:27 And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian.

1. 1 st King James Bible was called the 1611 King James. In Luke 4:27 for Elisha s name they spelled it Elizeus What do you think that means?

Acts 12:4 And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people. 3957. pa sca pascha, pas -khah; of Chaldee origin (compare H6453); the Passover (the meal, the day, the festival or the special sacrifices connected with it): Easter, Passover. 2. Acts 12:4 Easter; 28 times in the Messianic writings it is called Passover, however 1 place it is called Easter, why?

Hebrew Culture Was the Hebrew culture designed to be Lawless Who gave them the Laws? Was the The Mashiyach (Messiah) Lawless? Were Talmidiyms (Disciples), Lawless or Lawful (Even after the Death an resurrection of the Mashiyach (Messiah) )? Was Shaul or Paul Lawless? Was the Desire of the Father to be Lawless?

Western Cultures Were they Lawless? So what would be the need for them to change? All they had to change and believe in The Mashiyach (Messiah)? How would they know how to be a good bride to the Mashiyach (Messiah)?

When read the Sefer or book, Generally Most Pastors or churches teach you should start reading in the New Testament This is where you will find Salvation. We should not start in the middle of the book, because you will allow replacement theology and traditions to become your foundation. Why would this be true? Because you need to make up a beginning since you did not read from the beginning, their by coming up with replacement theology. (Adding to or taking away) Is Forbidden in Scripture as well in the Messianic writings. You will miss the purpose of the Mashiyach (Messiah), what to look for in the End-Time Prophecy, what the Father is Looking for, and some of the Warnings that We are to Look for.

Some Examples in the Scriptures Daniel 7:25. What change is Daniel talking about? Seasons (A Year starting in January, Christmas, Easter,) why is this important? See 1 Thessalonians 5:1-6 (No one knows the Day or the hour will be discussed at a later teaching. You will be surprised as to what He meant) Shabbath Feast Days Laws Names

Some make the mistake that the Mashiyach (Messiah) came to change what was previously written in the TANAK, i.e. Start a new Religion or a new tree known as Christianity. We fail to Hear what the Mashiyach (Messiah) is saying, so let us read. Yahuchanan or John 5:19 Mattithyahu or Matthew 7:21 Yahuchanan or John 12:49-50 Yahuchanan or John 8:28-29

The Mashiyach (Messiah) stated that He was doing the Fathers will, not His own. Next He said The Father told Him what to say and speak. Do you know what the will of the Father is? Is the Father s Words life? Is the Father double minded? NO so when He sent His Son he did not send him to start a New Thing or a New Belief. He followed everything the Father told Him to do. He then tells you (Us) to take up our stake (Cross) and follow Him. Shaul or Paul says follow me as I follow the Mashiyach (Messiah) 1 Corinthians 11:1 1 Yahuchanan or John 2:6 How should we walk?

I am sure you have heard, NO one could Keep the Law, right? Luke 1:5-6 1 Yahuchanan or John 5:3 See Debariym Deuteronomy 30:10-15 1 Yahuchanan or John 2:4 1 Yahuchanan or John 3:4 Revelations 22:14

I want to make something clear before we get to deep in this series, that the Law, Torah, Commandments, Statues, and Judgments, were not set in place for Salvation, but to be our guide so that it will help us be able to walk righteous, treat one another with respect, learn His instructions, and most importantly how to Love Him, as well as others.

In the Hebrew Culture (Same as the Mashiyach (Messiah) ) in order for you to have a relationship, there has to be an agreement, also know as a Covenant. Relationships do not start with works. But without works Faith is Dead.

Abraham the Hebrew Abraham believed Alahiym and it was counted unto him for righteousness Romans 4:3 Ya aqub or Jacob/James 2:20-24, 26 Bereshiyth or Genesis 15:6 Bereshiyth 26:4 Abraham had belief and a willingness to leave Ur, to have a relationship with the Creator, He turned from his way to the Creators way (This is the definition of repentance). Crossed over the Jordan (Immersion), He agreed to obey (Blood was shed for the covenant), he kept the Commandments, Torah Law, etc. Works followed according what we read earlier. The Whole world would be blessed through his seed. What did he do that all nations would be blessed? He believed first then his works. (Note Blood was shed first for the covenant. Keep this Pattern in mind).

The Creator has set this pattern way back in Bereshiyth. This pattern will help you see later why life is in the blood. Belief and a willing heart to have a relationship with the Father Repentance Immersion Blood was Shed (For the Covenant) agreement to obey (Commandments, Torah, Laws, Statues, and Judgments) Marriage Covenant Works

-יהוה) ( Israel -ישראל) prayed to hwhy The 12 tribes of larcy Yahuah), and hwhy ( Yahuah -יהוה) heard their cries. They believed He would deliver them from Bondage. They wanted a relationship with the Father. They turned from their ways (Repented) (Note they put blood on the doorpost, so blood came first). After hwhy ( Yahuah -יהוה) delivered them from bondage, They crossed the Sea of Reeds (Immersion) See 1 Corinthians 10:4 He then gave them His Commandments, Torah, Statues and Judgments.

If they agreed to it He would then enter into covenant with them. Shemoth or Exodus19:4 Shemoth or Exodus 24:1-8 (We will go over Covenants later, this is a must). Which commandment do you think one cannot Keep? Debariym or Deuteronomy 30:13, I want you to know that the Ten Commandments is a Covenant, see Shemoth or Exodus 34:28

This pattern continues in the messianic writings. First there has to have belief and a willingness to have a relationship with the Father. Repentance comes next (Repent from what? Your sins. What is Sin? Transgression of the Law). An Immersion is taken place, then the Commandments, Torah, etc is revealed to you to help you walk spiritual, righteously, learn what true Love is to one another, as well as the Creator. (Note: There is a Blood offering for your sins that has taken place). This pattern has been set. We cannot circumvent His ways.

All that we went over so far is a picture of a righteous marriage toward the Father. So let us start from scratch, not bring in your own bias or church biases. When you find that lily of the valley, and want Him or Her to be your wife, you start to do these very steps that we have already covered. Note this is an eastern Hebraic Marriage, not western.

Belief (You believe He or She is the Right one for you. You want to Have a willing relationship with that person A cleansing process begins to take place. In outward sign of an inward agreement. Your old ways are No more and you are willing to change for that person. An Agreement is taking place (I Agree to obey, cherish, love be obedient etc. Your marriage did not start with obeying your Ish (Husband), You started with a confession that you will obey your Ish (Husband). The evidence is seen by your works. How would you know what your Ish (Husband) is requiring unless there is some Laws or Commandments that tells you how each other will operate in the marriage? You cannot have a lawless marriage. It will not stand. The covenant was made by belief, not works, but your works show the love and belief in your Ish (Husband). Do you believe the Mashiyach (Messiah) has laws in his marriage? Or do you think it is a lawless one? What do you think would be His laws and Commandments that will help anyone that wants to be part of His marriage? These are the things we will be going over in this Series. Blood has been shed for the remission of Sin (Renewed Covenant) Marriage Works and Faith go hand and hand. Your Faith brings works.

Understanding words: Light Way Truth The Word Sin Church (More in the TANAK, then in the Messianic writings). Saints Faith Law vs. Grace Spirit Inheritance

These words and much more has gotten their definition from the New Testament and uses the Old Testament as a reference only, or to define the TANAK, but it should be the other way around. The New Testament never existed during the Talmidiym (Disciples) and during the time of Shaul or Paul. They had people being saved just by using the Law of Moses and the Prophets See Acts 28:23.

We will start with the following Teachings next week: What is scripture? What are Law, Grace, and Sin? What is the purpose of the Covenants? Feast Days and things that are a shadow of things to come. What was understood as the Church? Replacement theology What is in the Name(s)? Definitions of Words. Was Shaul or Paul teaching a lawless doctrine.
