Latin Colloquium Latin Colloquium will take place the fourth Sunday of every month following the 11:00 am Mass in Bishop DiMarzio Hall. All Souls Day and the Month of November On All Souls Day each priest has the privilege of saying three Masses; one for a particular intention, one for the intentions of the Holy Father and one for All the Souls in Purgatory. The people are also able to attend the three Masses, offer them for the same intentions, and receive Holy Communion at each Mass. We have scheduled three public Masses so that you will be able to take part in this beautiful custom. November is the month of the Holy Souls. On the days from November 1 st through the 8 th inclusive, a plenary indulgence, applicable only to the Poor Souls is granted to those who visit a cemetery and pray, even if only mentally, for the departed. Partial indulgences are granted to those who recite Lauds or Vespers of the Office of the Dead and to those who recite the prayer Requiem aeternam dona eis, Domini, et lux perpetua luceat eis. Requiescant in pace. (Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace.) Mater Ecclesiae Council #12833 meetings are held on the 2 nd & 4 th Mondays of the month at 8:00 PM in the Knights Room.
