KC MISSION BRIEFING INTRO Jesus taught His disciples to pray "let your Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven." what is happening in heaven? continuous worship. all over the earth right now the Holy Spirit is awakening the church and calling them into night and day worship and prayer. the earth is being prepared for the return of Christ which is closer now then when we first believed. this night and day worship and prayer movement has become the nuclear reactor core for the largest missions movement since Jesus walked the earth. the Lord is raising up an army of messengers to complete the Great Commission before the end of the age. the Father is always working and He is searching the earth for those who will agree that His Son should receive the reward of His sufferings. that He should receive an inheritance from every tribe, tongue and nation. in 2009 at the OneThing conference in Kansas City, Mike Bickle the founder of the International House of Prayer (IHOP) and Loren Cunningham the founder of Youth With A Mission (YWAM) shared that the God was calling the prayer movement and missions movements to a divine partnership unto the harvest. at that time, 400 miles north of Kansas City, a missions organization called Trinity Works (TW) received a mandate from the Lord to establish a mission base in downtown Minneapolis that would represent a marriage between the Great Commandments and the Great Commission - to love God and to love people by introducing them to the source of all love (through evangelism). a mission base dedicated to 24/7 worship and 24/7 evangelism. the firebase. on October 30th, Trinity Works is taking a team of trained messengers down to Kansas City to partner with messengers from IHOP and YWAM to participate in three days of night and day worship and evangelism that we are calling the KC MISSION 24/3 FIREBASE (the "KC mission"). this briefing will tell you everything you need to know to participate in the mission to Kansas City and to experience this emerging expression of the Kingdom of God.

HOW IT WORKS the first thing you need to do is register (see below). after you register you will receive a confirmation email which will provide you with a link to sign up for specific outreaches during the 24/3 firebase. there are ten consecutive outreaches. we are asking that everyone participate in the first outreach on Thursday, October 31st from 9a to 3p and the last outreach which is Saturday, November 2nd from 3p to 9p. then we encourage you choose at least two additional outreaches during the three day firebase. for MBC participants you can receive outreach credit for any additional outreaches you participate in beyond the four required. the format for the firebase outreaches will be as follows. 45 minute briefing 15 minutes travel time from YWAM to IHOPKC 1 hr and 30 minutes in IHOPKC global prayer room (spiritual preparation) 15-30 minute travel time from IHOPKC to outreach locations 2 hour outreach (determined by leader and travel time) 15-30 minute travel time from outreach location back to YWAM base 30 minute debrief (simultaneous with briefing for next outreach)
