Almond Valley Mailbox Messages April 22, 2018 GENERAL Ripon Community National Day of Prayer Unity is the theme this year for the 13 th annual Ripon Community National Day of Prayer Service to be held on Thursday, May 3 at 7:00 p.m. hosted by the First Christian Reformed Church, 305 Boesch Drive, Ripon. You will hear from some of our community leaders and then local pastors will lead us in prayer for our City, the Ripon Police and Fire Departments, Business and Agriculture, Schools, and the State and Nation. The men s choral group, Voices for the King, will minister in music throughout the service. Childcare for infants and toddlers will be available and refreshments will be served following the service. Reserve this night to join together with fellow believers from our community to pray, to humbly confess, and to acknowledge God s dominion over the circumstances facing our country and city. Making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace Ephesians 4:3. RIPON CHRISTIAN Ripon Christian Schools Merchandise & Livestock Auction Results Thanks to a large supporter turn-out at the past April 14 th auction in Escalon, proceeds totaling approximately $205,000 were raised for Ripon Christian Schools. The proceeds from this auction have been allocated towards RC s General Budget, the Capital Improvement Fund, the Industrial Arts program & the school s FFA program. A big thank you to all businesses & individuals who donated items towards this auction, those individuals who contributed by attending the auction and bidding on the items, and to everyone else involved with this auction by your display of such a generous & giving spirit!
