The Call the Feast Welcome Rev. Molly Baskette *Call Worship Dr. Katherine Shaner One: Come, let us bring all that we are gather at the feast! Many: Let us gather, bringing our facades and our truths, seeking freedom in community. One: Come, let us bring that which has never been spoken and place it at the altar of grace. Many: Let us gather, overflowing with the grace of God, bringing the spirit of welcome and safety with us. All: Come, let us worship be freed and transformed, going out in the world carrying the radical realness of Christ s love and welcome. *Song: Welcome (page 2) The Challenge of the Feast *Prayer for Illumination Kenneth Pettigrew (MDiv 16) God, giver of all life and knowledge, open our spirits sound of your voice, the cry of justice, and the freedom of radical realness.
