HOSPITALITY INC (winter homeless shelter at Bethany) March 1 st Bethany will host Hospitality INC. We hope that you will consider donating food, serving, hosting or working overnight. We thank YOU for your thoughts, prayers and other ways that you support us and our service in our community. Because Hospitality INC serves for approximately six months, Bethany and Victory Trinity will each host three times but anyone can help other groups on other days. We appreciate your prayers that this undertaking will be beneficial to all concerned. Thank You The 4 Corners group will meet February 8th at 6:30 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church 4-Corners Fundraiser StroveTuesday Pancake Supper February 13 th from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church. Besides Pancakes, there will be sausages, apple sauce, coffee and juice. A freewill offering will be appreciated. Although reservations are not necessary, it would be helpful for planning purposes. CREATING POWER BOOK BAGS You are invited to come to Bethany Lutheran Church on Thursday, February 15 th anytime between 9 a.m. & 3 p.m. Come when you can, stay as long as you want! Use the Third Street entrance-(less stairs) Help us make these Totes for Mason County children that will be distributed through HELP Ministries, COVE, Salvation Army, Catholic Charities and possibly the new Resource Center. Each child can select two books that they can keep as their own. The Next Community Table will be April 3 rd Bethany furnishes the jello and Victory Trinity brings in the cupcakes The next time Bethany & Victory Trinity leads Nursing Home worship services will be the afternoon of Sunday, April 15. We hope that you will join us as we bring the gospel to the nursing home residents. In March Bethany and Victory Trinity will be taking orders for flowers to celebrate Easter. We hope that you will consider adorning our sanctuary with some lovely flowers. VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL No one wants to be alone in a bad situation. Mark your calendar for July 23-27 for Vacation Bible School at Victory Trinity Lutheran Church. The theme is Shipwrecked Rescued by Jesus. THE 2018 GATHERING Between June 27 and July 1 high school age ELCA and Episcopal youths will gather in Houston, Texas for the 2018 Gathering. WELCA News Our WELCA meeting will be held Sunday, March 4 th at 11:45 a.m. at Bethany. If you are interested in the Bible Study, please see Shelly Nash or Phyllis Thompson. You are invited to attend one of our meetings to see what we are all about. We would love to share your company.
