Safeguarding: The Diocesan Safeguarding Service are holding child safeguarding awareness sessions for people who come into contact with children as part of their involvement in parish life, i.e., pray and play, altar servers helpers, children s choirs, youth ministry, Eucharistic ministers., parish secretaries etc. The session will take place on Wednesday, 18th October 2017 from 7 pm until 9 pm at the Crusheen Parish Centre and Wednesday, 15th November from 7 pm until 9 pm at the Bellbridge House Hotel, Spanish Point. Missionvale: Molly McCarthy, Lilly Keane and Davan Livington from St John Bosco Community College will shortly travel to Missionvale in South Africa to help Sr Ethel Normoyle in her work with the poor.
