Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, THOU SHALT LOVE THE LORD THY GOD with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. And that from a child thou hast KNOWN THE HOLY SCRIPTURES which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. For for this cause was the GOSPEL PREACHED ALSO TO THEM THAT ARE DEAD, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. 1 PETER 4:6
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, WHICH IS THE BOOK OF LIFE; and the dead were judged REVELATION 20:12 out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
