Rinri Newsletter: Volume 1, Number 3 Overtone Moon, Fourth Year of Prophecy The 260 Postulates of the Dynamics of Time The activation of the psi bank through the exercise of the Rinri Project represents an increase in the conscious coordination of time vector potentialities: day of the Moon; Dreamspell Kin; psi chrono unit; cube position; and the moving variable of your own galactic signature in relation to the rest of the time vector potentialities. This increase in coordination manifests in greater synchronicity or engagement of the synchronic order of fourth dimensional reality. The synchronic order of fourth-dimensional reality is a both a heightened quality of experience and the whole system of universal order manifest in any given "now." Synchronic order is the natural condition of synchronicity, and is to the fourth dimension what gravity is to the third. The exposition of the nature of the synchronic order is but the first stage of an entirely "new" science, the science of time. The logical and mathematical constructs of the science of fourth-dimensional time have now been fully expressed and constitute the 260 Postulates of the Dynamics of Time. "The Dynamics of Time in Relation to the Dynamics of Space, Showing the Evolution of Time as Consciousness, Including Principles for the Construction of Vehicles for Time Travel, 260 Postulates," is the complete title to a new text which new time messenger, J. Argüelles, describes as the "capstone" to his life-long saga of pioneering research leading to the discovery of the Law of Time. Though the text is complete, because of the implications and definitive disestablishment of the old science inherent in the Dynamics of Time, this text is being carefully maintained as the center-point of a proposed "Congress on the Law and Science of Time" to occur at the end of this Fourth Year of Prophecy. Details of this Congress will be disclosed as it becomes concrete. The purpose of the Congress will be to establish the science of time as the new science inclusive of the world-wide adoption of the Thirteen Moon Calendar announcing entry into the Dominion of Time. According to the Dynamics of Time, the Dominion of Time is the fourth-dimensional order of reality that describes passage from the cosmic unconscious to the cosmic conscious. Yes! if we all maintain our discipline day after day, kin after kin, week after week, wavespell after wavespell, Moon after Moon, spin after spin, then we are exciting our own evolutionary momentum. The reality of cosmic consciousness and universal telepathy expands daily! The Dominion of Time is coming because we are opening our minds to realities greater than we have been able to imagine. There really is time magic. The compression of time into the Cube or the Wavespell, combined with diligent study and awareness of history and current events weaves ever-tighter patterns of reality which totally transcend the linear entropic mind-set of the 12:60 order. The supreme master of time magic is Pacal Votan. The tomb of Pacal Votan is the concrete manifestation of the power of Pacal Votan's time magic.the completion of the "Dynamics of Time" is the fulfillment of Pacal Votan's time magic. The synchronic "resurrection of Pacal Votan"has commenced with entry into the Warrior's Cube Journey for the Overtone Command Moon of this Fourth Year of Prophecy. The "resurrection of Pacal Votan, " is a sign of the coming resurrection of life on Earth The first four days of the Cube coincide with Harmonic Fifteen, "Self-Regulate Universal Fire of Integrity," Kin 57-60. This Harmonic contains three of the thirteen "clear signs" on the tomb lid of Pacal Votan:5 Earth, 6 Mirror, and 8 Sun. 1
5 Earth, Kin 57, on the Dragon Memory Cube 1 position, is the first of the six clear signs on the Eastern edge of the tomb lid. This Eastern side is the"resurrection" side of the tomb lid; the tones of the first four signs add up to 28, and of the last two signs, 13. This signifies the resurrection of life on Earth due to the power of the 28-day thirteen moon cycle restored through the perfect Thirteen Moon Calendar. The second Cube Wind Spirit position, corresponds to 6 Mirror, Kin 58, the"clear sign" of Pacal Votan's disincarnation in AD 683, and the second"clear sign" on the southern, "birth and death"edge of the tomb lid. The psi chrono unit for this 8th day of the Overtone Moon conforming to 6 Mirror is 13 Mirror, Kin 78. The Telektonon Instruction Manual, p.26, states "Pacal Votan completes the Wizard's Hoard of the Lore of Death in Kin 78." The synchronic overlay of the psi chrono unit Kin 78, closing of the Wizard's Lore of the Hoard of Death, upon the daily Kin 58, confirms this very day, Overtone 8 Fourth year of Prophecy, as the closing of the cycle of Pacal Votan's death. The death of Pacal Votan is the Wizard's Hoard of the Lore of Death. "The Wizard's Hoard of the Lore of Death," is the title to section Eighteen (Mirror) of the Prophecy of Pacal Votan. Pacal Votan's story is one that is held by the Mirror. The Rhythmic Mirror reflects his death; the Cosmic Mirror reflects the closing of his lore of the hoard of death; the Planetary Mirror reflects the day his tomb was opened (June 15, 1952). On Mirror days the recharge crystal is always on the position closest to Pacal Votan's day 10 on the Telektonon circuit. Now his tomb has yielded its lore. The science of time is perfect and complete on Earth as it has never been before. The psi chrono unit of Kin 78, Cosmic Mirror completing Pacal Votan's Hoard of Death, also occurs as the day kin of the last day of this Moon, as well.that's right. The seal of the completion of the "Wizard's Lore of the Hoard of Death" will be completed in Bolon Ik's Spirit Tower, day 28of this Overtone Moon. Kin 78 Cosmic Mirror, completes the wavespell of Death of the Martian World-Bridger. The World- Bridger Wavespell begins during the Cube Journey, day 16, Cube 10. In fact, this Cube journey is a purely Martian Cube, Days 7-15, Cube 1-9, being in the Solar-Prophetic Martian Skywalker wavespell, and days 16-22, Cube 10-16, being in the Galactic Karmic World-Bridger Wavespell. "But especially would I have you look at Mar sand consider again the disposition of the thirteen sacred signs placed around the edge of my stone..." Section 18, v.113. Between 6 Mirror, the death, and 8 Sun, the birth, of Pacal Votan, comes the most mystic of seals, 7 Storm. Seven is the mirrorless perfection between one and thirteen; nineteen is the sum and perfection of all number, "Allah's Mercy." The psi chrono unit for this Resonant Storm, day 9, Cube 3, is 1 Storm! This means that Storm, code number 19, and tone 7, Kin 59, were perfectly aligned to presage the same number magic in the coming of the Seventh Wavespell, Storm (19). The alignment of the 7 Storm and its psi chrono unit 1 Storm, however, possesses an even more unique power in that being a Storm year, any Storm date for that year will be one of the nineteen signs indicating the Vinal-Uayeb solar meditation sequence (see Telektonon Instruction Manual, pp.48-49). More power of seven: this year, 7 Storm commences the seventh 20-day Vinal cycle, 0 Yaxkin; while 1 Storm opens the eighth cycle, 0 Mol. This means that difference between the day kin and the psi chrono unit is one Vinal or 20 days apart.if 7 storm is the point between Pacal Votan's death and birth, 1 Storm, power of Self-Generation, Kin 79, completes the Magic Wavespell Flight that begins with Kin 78, Cosmic Mirror, the closing of the Wizard's Lore of the Hoard of Death. The two points of solar meditation of these two Storm gateway Vinal positions in consecutive order read as follows. "A little ray of the hidden sun" (0 Yaxkin) "Which unifies all of the pieces" (0 Mol) These two lines perfectly describe the passage and the meaning of the transition time between the 6 Mirror of Pacal Votan's death and the 8 Sun of his resurrection during 7 Storm, the mystic mid-point of the Skywalker Wavespell. Truly, Kin 60, Yellow Galactic Sun, is the day of Pacal Votan's resurrection since it occurs on Cube 4, Day 10, Baktun of the Maya AD 435-830, encompassing the life and death of Pacal Votan. "Two solar faces there are upon my talking stone, the one an icon of my solar shield, Galactic Sun, the other Lunar Sun, an emblem of the perfect timing of 2

Telektonon of Pacal Votan," XIII. v.85 What totally synchronizes this Overtone Moon Day 10 as the resurrection of Pacal Votan is the psi chrono unit for this day, Yellow Lunar Sun, Kin80. As verse 85 indicates, Galactic Sun and Lunar Sun are the two two solar shields, upper right and left respectively, just beneath the front and back of the celestial bird, which altogether signify the Judgement Day resurrection.the synchronization of the two emblems, Galactic Sun and Lunar Sun with the Pacal Votan position in the Telektonon, all in one day, signifies the special resurrection of Pacal Votan which follows the completion of the Wizard's Hoard of the Lore of Death. The resurrection of Pacal Votan is an Overtone resurrection and signifies a process already underway. Note that the key day of resurrection occurs on Overtone Moon 10, which may be expressed as 5.10, of the Fourth Year of Prophecy. According to the overtone pulsar code, Overtone Moon five is overtoned by Planetary Moon ten. This means that the commands of the Overtone Moon are to be fulfilled in the Planetary Moon. What is commanded on 5.10, is completed exactly five moons later on 10.10. The 10 of the Planetary Moon number doubles and completes the Overtone 5 (10+ 10 = 20, completion).if 5.10 saw the triple synchronization of the power of Pacal Votan's birth and resurrection, what about 10.10? Yes, 10.10 completes the process of Pacal Votan's Overtone resurrection, because that day, always Pacal Votan's Cube position, the daily kin is Overtone Sun. Yellow Overtone Sun, Kin 200, is the Lost Generation for the Seventh and Last year of Prophecy, 1999-2000, the completion of the second millennium whose prophecy the Telektonon of Pacal Votan is intended to fulfill. Clearly this day, 10.10, Fourth Year of Prophecy, completes the synchronic overtone resurrection of Pacal Votan which began on 5.10. Be prepared for this moment. It will be evident that the power of prophecy is a far greater matter than the power of presidents or kings. The vision of the cathartic journey to the millennium will be complete. The key to the resurrection process is contained in the code word Lunar Sun. before the Lunar Sun was the Lunar Moon, Second year of Prophecy. The Lunar Moon signifies the power of the correct standard of measure,13 Moons 28 days. The Lunar Sun signifies the power of the thirteen moons to measure the annual solar orbit. As of Overtone Moon 10, these two signs have now been observed in prophetic process. They are completed by a third Sign, Red Lunar Earth, the Lost Generation of the Fourth year of Prophecy, rising to the top of the Oracle of Seven Generations on7.15. Red Lunar Earth signifies Thirteen Moons as the sacred measure of life on Earth. The next Harmonic Sixteen, Kin 61-64, Cube positions 5-8, Days 11-14, Overtone Moon, continues the synchronization of daily kin and psi chrono units that began with the Mirrored closing of the Wizard's Hoard of the Lore of Death, Cube position 2. Cube 5, day 11, Red Solar Dragon, psi chrono unit, Red Electric Dragon, on the Serpent position, signifies the Solar (day kin)electric (psi chrono unit) rebirth of Quetzalcoatl by virtue of the resurrection of Pacal Votan. The serpent flies again! Sexual redemption through the knowledge of time is guaranteed. Kin 64, Cube 8, Day 14, the Round Table of the Skywalker Wavespell, is Yellow Crystal Seed, the Dreamspell date that marks the completion of the Prophecy of Pacal Votan (p.54, The Telektonon of Pacal Votan). Note that this 12Seed completion date of the "Talking Stone of Prophecy" text occurs on the Cube position signifying the First Target Year of Prophecy when the Prophecy was actually completed. This marks the conclusion of the synchronization cycle of psi chrono and daily kin which began with the Mirrored closing of the Wizard's Hoard of the Lore of Death, Cube position 2. Contemplate, as well, the number harmony: Kin 64, completes Harmonic 16 in Cube 8. The star art of Pacal Votan "Maintains the Power of Prophecy." Since12 Seed completes the fire clan chromatic that begins with 8 Sun, the resurrection of Pacal Votan is rounded out in perfect harmony. The day following, 13 Serpent, Cube 9, day 15, completes the Skywalker Wavespell. Since the Magnetic Skywalker is identified as the galactic signature of the prophet Quetzalcoatl, the Cosmic Serpent is the perfect completion for the wavespell of the Plumed Serpent. Complete your Telektonon exercise with the card layout. Contemplate the synchronometry and the chronometry for the day. 1. From the layout determine what is the Earth Family of the daily kin (Core Family). 2. Determine the Overtone Chromatic in which the daily kin is located (Blue Storm-Night). Use the Human and Planet Holon charts. Locate and identify the body center and planet zone of the Earth Family for the day (Heart, Equatorial Earth, East Indies) Visualize its color (white) and send (North team) or receive (South team) a blue magnet to or from the white colored heart center. 3. Since the psi chrono unit is a Wind, and it is the first half of this year, contemplate and study the pair of matching hexagrams, +16, Enthusiasm, and -47, Exhaustion.
