Greetings! On behalf of Second Chance Deliverance and Restoration Ministries, Inc., we extend a heartfelt welcome to you on the celebration of our Fifth Annual Fundraising Gospel Concert. This event is designed to help us raise funds to continue our outreach efforts in Huntsville/Madison County and surrounding areas. Since its inception eleven years ago, Second Chance Deliverance & Restoration Ministries has been instrumental in providing intervention counseling for those struggling with drug addiction; drug prevention services for school students; mentoring for at-risk youth; food and clothing for the homeless; and Christmas food baskets and gifts for the elderly and homeless and other outreach initiatives. Countless individuals and families are beneficiaries of our outreach efforts designed to increase the quality of life for our brothers and sisters who deserve a second chance. Additionally, we have partnered with several organizations, churches, businesses and individuals to continue the work of sharing the life changing love of Jesus Christ. Through our partnership with New Life Outreach International, we have witnessed lives changed from drug addiction to drug free; through our partnership with Union Chapel Institute of Biblical Studies, we have trained approximately 20 men and women to become licensed barbers and future business owners in the Barber Skills Training Class/Ministry. For the past three years, we have provided approximately 1,000 winter coats for the students at Lakewood Elementary School and most recently the Seminole Drive Boys & Girls Club. Furthermore, through our partnership with Union Chapel Institute of Biblical Studies, we provide free haircuts for the Seminole Drive Boys & Girls Club, as part of the Barber Skills Training Class/Ministry. Tonight, we are excited and anticipate a great move of God through this worship experience with these amazing gospel talents.
