Lent Series - Poured Out: Symbols of Resurrection Our Lenten journey this year is based on symbols that show up in the story of the weeks leading up to Jesus' death and resurrection. These symbols of oil, blood, wine, light, tears, water and hope point us toward God s grace and love poured out for us in the life, teachings, death and resurrection of Jesus. Each week we will be introduced to one of these symbols through a dramatic and imaginative testimony from an eyewitness to Jesus' last weeks, and then we will be invited to experience that symbol and its blessing in a unique way. (This series has been adapted from Poured Out: Elements of a Resurrection 2012 Marcia McFee. Used with permission.) Summer Melodies returning and we need you! Vocal, drama, instrumental, art, liturgical dance are needed during worship in the summer. Sign up outside the choir room or contact Jeff Clouser, jclouser@palmyracob.org. Do you like to sew?
