Note From the Pastor As part of being a phase 5 collaborative, we have begun the process of writing our pastoral plan. We have a bout a year to work on this document which will guide a parish as we move forward over the next several years. We will discern what areas we want to focus on and set some goals. We have a writing team of 12 members and I look forward to working with them to accomplish this important work. May 14th-18th is Volunteer week at our Parish! Volunteers from the Pastoral Center in Braintree will be coming to our Churches to help with spring cleaning and maintenance for a week. There will be all kinds of projects being worked on in both churches of Holy Trinity Parish. Each year, the folks at the Pastoral Center choose one parish to help out by donating their time and effort. We have been blessed to have been chosen to receive this great opportunity to get all kinds of work done, from painting to mulching our gardens, planting flowers and everything in between. I encourage any parishioners who are available to please join us for this effort. Together we can get a lot accomplished. The Archdiocese is also funding the materials. I welcome their generosity and kindness to us, they even bring lunch. So please join us if possible. I realize many have to go to work during the day and can t join us, but if you can, please consider coming. Blessings to all Fr. Martin Are you interested in a Mission Trip for Adults? During the retreat, I realized the lasting impact of forgiveness. I knew God had forgiven me, and now I needed to forgive myself. For the first time in 34 years of living, I sat in the chapel and felt connected to God. Through the depth of my pain, I began a lasting relationship with Him.
