Next Costa Rica Mission Trip The next Costa Rica mission trip will be in early February 2014. If you have an interest in going, please add your name to the sign-up sheet in the Gathering room. The next trip will focus on Metro Ministries, the children's program in San Jose, Freedom Street in San Jose, and the neighborhood kids programs in Jaco. Nicaragua Trip A fall trip to Nicaragua is being considered. Bob and Janet Lybarger would lead this trip. Our mission would be to help build Omar s house, serve at Bradley s House of Hope and Project Chacocente and of course sightsee! Exacts dates have not yet been set. Welcomers Needed The Evangelism Team needs people who are willing to be Welcomers at the Visitor Tables for visitors who come to the 10:45 traditional service. Welcomers would be there to welcome visitors, answer any questions they have (or find out the answers for them), point out where things are such as coat racks, restrooms, information about ministries, Nursery etc. You would need to be there 10 minutes before & after the service. Our goal is to have a rotation of 8 people so a Welcomer would serve once every 8 weeks. You may choose the Sunday that works for you. Please give prayerful consideration to welcoming visitors to our church family. Project Update We wish to express our sincere appreciation to all who contributed time and finances to the S.O.A.P. project.
