Apostle Dell Young Founder/Overseer Kingdom- Change Ministries (KCM) is a relationship- based fellowship that was established to help equip, support, and strengthen churches and ministries that have a common destiny in preparing the Church for the days ahead.

8

WHAT IS KCM? Kingdom Change Ministries is an apostolic network that provides covering for ministers, churches, and ministries; and exists to help equip, support, and strengthen them in their work for the Kingdom of God. KCM desires to facilitate and nurture meaningful relationships among member ministries and churches, enabling them to be more effective in their calling, for the purpose of advancing the Kingdom of God. KCM HISTORY AND BEGINNING KCM was officially established in June of 1999. KCM was originally named Cornerstone Fellowship of Ministries (CFM) after the church and ministry founded by Apostle Dell Young in March of 1991 called Cornerstone Church in Sparks, Georgia. In 2010, Apostle Dell became the senior pastor of Southland Church in Valdosta, Georgia and the name of the network was changed to reflect Apostle Dell s heart for the Kingdom of God. ORGANIZATION KCM is relationship-based; and we believe that in order for true relationships to be formed, spending time together in fellowship is very important. Because some want to relate to Kingdom Change Ministries on different levels, and we believe that there is a strategic purpose with each level; two different divisions of KCM have been developed. The First Division is for ministers that are ordained through KCM and look to Apostle Dell Young as their spiritual covering and their primary source of equipping and accountability. The Second Division is for ministers who want to be related to KCM in order to partake of the fellowship, interchange, and personal ministry, but are primarily accountable to another ministry, church, movement or denomination. They receive a Certificate of Association with KCM. OUR MISSION 1. To radically and passionately pursue God; to be a worshipper (Matthew 22:37). 2. To equip and release apostolic and prophetic ministry in the Body of Christ and the marketplace (Ephesians 4:11-13). 3. To expedite the completion of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20). 4. To accelerate the advancement of the Kingdom of God. To fully participate in the current move of the Spirit throughout our world. 1

OUR GOALS 1. To connect and network like-minded leaders. 2. To pursue and promote apostolic relationships. 3. To help plant churches and launch ministries. 4. To be a resource for ministers and ministries. 5. To host leadership seminars, workshops, minister s advances and KCM conferences. 6. To offer personal ministry and counsel to credentialed ministers and their families as needed. 7. To provide an accountability structure for pastors, ministers, and leaders. 8. To be an example of and promote and release apostolic and prophetic ministry in the church and the marketplace. BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP The primary benefit of KCM is the blessing of Family. There is a divinelyinspired motivation among pastors and leaders to be a part of something greater than themselves. Kingdom Change Ministries provides that opportunity to pastors and leaders not to be independent or solely autonomous, but rather interdependent and part of a family where there are spiritual fathers, brothers and sisters that make up a network team affecting change in the earth. Benefits include but are not limited to: 1. Accountability 2. Personal counseling 3. Relationships with like-minded peers 4. Help in a crisis 5. Apostolic parenting and mentoring 6. Resources: Go to our website at www.kingdomchangeministries.com or www.southlandchurch.net to download or listen to messages from Apostle Dell Young. 7. The availability of an apostolic team of ministers moving in spiritual authority, anointing, and gifting 8. Overseeing of licensing and ordination services 2

REQUIREMENTS OF MEMBERSHIP Credentialed Ministers (Division One) The primary goal of KCM is to grow in quality and depth of relationship; not just numbers. KCM is open to a relationship with ministers that are: 1. Devoted to the promulgation of the gospel 2. Committed to sound Biblical teaching 3. Exemplifying a lifestyle that reflects the Biblical standards of leadership 4. Committed to unity with other streams and movements in the church 5. Fruitful in their ministry, exemplifying the character of the Holy Spirit and glorifying the Lord Jesus Non-Credentialed Ministers (Division Two) The Second Division is for ministers who want to be related to KCM in order to partake of the fellowship, interchange, and personal ministry; but are primarily accountable to another ministry, church, movement or denomination. We do not consider one of these divisions more or less important than the other. However, if someone in the Second Division needs personal counseling, or discipline, we would defer to their primary source of accountability for this. Some who have no primary accountability may want to join this division in order to get to know Apostle Dell and to observe the apostolic ministry. KCM MINISTERIAL CREDENTIALS QUALIFICATIONS KCM offers three levels of certification for its members. Each of these levels has certain requirements in common. Because KCM is based on personal relationships, it is essential that members attend the functions offered by KCM. Each of these functions is carefully and prayerfully considered to help encourage and maintain relationships through personal interaction. These functions include, but are not limited to: the annual KCM Family Conference, minister advances, special conferences, monthly network meetings, etc. This requirement can only be waived if it is established that the member is providentially hindered from attending and is maintaining a relationship through personal interaction with Apostle Dell Young. The primary goal of KCM is to grow in quality and depth of relationship, not in numbers alone. 3

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF EACH LEVEL Level One: Certificate of an Exhorter 1. This level represents an entry level of ministry and is of at least one year in duration. This time may be shortened provided all requirements are met in full by equivalent experiences in years and in maturity. 2. The Exhorter is under the oversight of the senior ministers of the fellowship and may participate in long-range ministry planning sessions, and other ministry positions as determined by the Senior Pastor. 3. The Exhorter must complete ten courses of theological training. (Apostle Dell and the Senior Pastor may determine whether or not to exchange life experience for any courses.) 4. The Exhorter may preach, teach, and otherwise minister as a representative of the church under the authority of the Senior Pastor/Apostle. They are not authorized to perform weddings or funerals. 5. The Exhorter is awarded a Certificate of an Exhorter. Level Two: Licensed Minister 1. This level represents a mature level of ministry and is a minimum of one year duration. This level may be extended beyond one year based on the evaluation of the Senior Leadership. 2. The Licensed Minister is allowed to exercise all legal and spiritual aspects of ministry except that of serving as Senior Pastor of a church. They may perform weddings and funerals. 3. The Licensed Ministry must complete fifteen theological courses of study. (Apostle Dell and the Senior Pastor may determine whether or not to exchange life experience for any courses.) 4. The Licensed Minister will be awarded a License to the Ministry and be recognized by the laying on of hands. Level Three: Ordained Minister 1. This is the highest level of Christian Ministry. It represents the ministry at its most senior levels. It is permanent. While one may develop to a higher anointing or government position within ordained ministry, there is no level of ministry higher than ordination. Whether one is a pastor, evangelist, teacher, prophet, or apostle, he/she is still an ordained minister. 2. The Ordained Minister must complete twenty five theological courses of study. (Apostle Dell and the Senior Pastor may determine whether or not to exchange life experience for any courses.) 3. Only those who are assuming major ministry responsibilities such as preaching, teaching, counseling, missionary work, or strategic marketplace ministry are eligible for ordination. 4

4. The Ordained Minister will be awarded a Certificate of Ordination and be recognized by the laying on of hands. They may be acknowledged as Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, or Teacher and authorized in one of these five-fold offices. MEMBERSHIP PROCESS Complete the KCM Ministry Application. Set an appointment with Apostle Dell Young to form relationship, have fellowship and share vision. Be willing to become a part of a network of local churches, ministers, ministries, and leaders. Be in agreement with government, objectives, statement of faith, and vision of KCM. Support the ministry and mission of KCM. Credentials will be issued. FINANCES We believe that all members of local churches should tithe to their church or storehouse. We also believe that tithing should be given under the Abrahamic tithing model as found in Genesis 14. Tithing under the Order of Melchizedek is based upon the principle of honor and the tithe is given (not paid) as an endowment of honor. Malachi 1:6 (NKJV). A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If then I am the Father, Where is My honor? If you look to Apostle Dell Young as your spiritual father/covering, then he should receive your support financially. We believe in the Abrahamic principle of tithing and honor; and Apostle Dell Young has faithfully practiced this by tithing to his Apostle for more than sixteen years. We understand that there may be senior ministers who feel their own local ministry needs their tithe more than the apostolic needs it. However, if we follow that line of thinking then the senior minister should also allow and teach his own people that they can keep their tithe if they feel they need it more than their church does or that they can simply give it to whatever ministry needs it the most. If, after seeking the Holy Spirit and studying the scriptures related to this topic, the senior minister is convinced that his tithe should not be sent to his covering, then we do not make this an issue or a requirement to be part of this network. Let every man be persuaded in his own mind. It takes most of us some time to see and embrace present truth. However, most of us with denominational backgrounds were given no choice in how we handled finances as it was mandated by rules. This network is a family and not a bureaucracy and we will serve the Lord by serving you regardless of your financial belief. We know that God shall supply all our needs. 5

STATEMENT OF FAITH 1. We believe in one God, eternally subsisting in three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. 2. Jesus Christ, the Living Word, became flesh through His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit and His virgin birth. He died on the cross a Sacrifice for our sins according to the scriptures. On the third day, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He is now our High Priest and Mediator. 3. The Holy Spirit has come to glorify Christ and to apply the saving work of Christ to our hearts. He convicts us of sin and draws us to the Savior, indwelling our hearts. He gives new life to us, empowers and imparts gifts to us for service. He instructs and guides us into all Truth, and seals us for the day of redemption. 4. Our salvation is wholly dependent upon the work of God s free grace. God credits His righteousness to those who put their faith in Christ alone for their salvation, thereby justifying them in His sight. Only such as are born of the Holy Spirit and receive Jesus Christ become children of God and heirs of eternal life. 5. The true Church is composed of all persons who through saving faith in Jesus Christ and sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit are united together in the Body of Christ. The Church finds her visible, yet imperfect, expression in local congregations. 6. Jesus Christ will come again to the earth personally, visible, and bodily to judge the living and the dead, and to consummate history and the eternal plan of God. 7. The Lord Jesus Christ commands all believers to proclaim the Gospel throughout the world and to make disciples of all peoples. Obedience to the Great Commission requires total commitment to him who loved us and gave Himself for us. He calls us to a life of self-denying love and service. GOVERNANCE Government of the Church We believe that the New Testament Church should be apostolic in nature and governed by delegated authorities. Those authorities are pastors and elders with translocal apostolic oversight. We understand and believe that God s order of government for the local church according to the New Testament begins with the church being birthed under the oversight of an apostle. Once that level of local government is established, the church operates in an autonomous way under the oversight of an apostle in an ongoing relationship. This relationship is to be one by mutual consent of the apostle, the pastor, and elders of the local church. Local ministries, once established, will continue to need apostolic guidance. When summoned by the local ministry that is facing a crisis or difficult situation, 6

Apostle Dell and his Apostolic Team will give input or personally come to the ministry. The Apostolic Team shall bear a parenting relationship to the local ministries and ministers. When it comes to the attention of the Apostolic Team and there is a problem the Team appeals to the local leadership to solve the problem. If the local elders cannot come to an agreement, then Apostle Dell and the Apostolic Team will speak into the situation. Apostolic networks are different from most denominations and organizations because relationships are priority rather than policies, procedures, and rules. From these relationships comes the strength of the network. Governance is accomplished through the partnership of prayer, dialogue and visionary leadership. The network serves; it does not control. It is our intention to make association and membership as easy to leave (should you feel the Lord is leading you out) as it is to join. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. What does KCM stand for? Kingdom Change Ministries. KCM at this time is dba and an arm of Southland Church, Inc. of Valdosta, Georgia. Southland Church is an IRS approved 501 C 3 non-profit incorporation in the State of Georgia. 2. What is meant by the term apostolic? Apostolic is derived from the Greek word, apostolos which means a sent-out one with an emphasis on commissioning. Therefore, apostolic has the connotation that all authority and responsibility is from the sender. The New Testament uses the word apostolos in a variety of ways: First, Jesus is called the Apostle of our confession in Hebrews 3:1; and He is the One sent from God the Father. (John 20:21) Secondly, there were men who followed Jesus during His earthly ministry who Jesus called apostles. These men were referred to as The Twelve and have a special place in the Kingdom of God. (Matt. 10:2; Acts 1:21-26; and Rev. 21:14) Thirdly, there are many other references to the ministry of apostles in the New Testament. Outlined in Ephesians 4:11-13, I Corinthians 12:28, they are given for the edification of the church until Christ returns. There are certainly other individuals besides the Twelve Apostles of the Lamb, referred to in scripture as apostles of the churches ; for example Paul, Silas, Timothy, Barnabas, James, Apollos, Epaphroditus, and certain unnamed brethren (I Thessalonians 1:1-26; I Corinthians 4:6, 9; Acts 14:14; Galatians 1:19; Philippians 2:25; II Corinthians 8:23). Different from the Twelve Apostles of the Lamb, these apostles of the churches had a primary role of establishing new and strengthening existing churches. It is noteworthy that the Latin cognate of the apostle is missionaries, from which we 7

derive our word, missionary. The church as historically recognized the need for this vital ministry, no matter what it has been called. We prefer to use the biblical Greek word apostle, instead of missionary or church planter, because it connotatively links more clearly our ministry endeavors with that of the first century church. 3. What is an apostolic team? An apostolic team is not merely a group of apostles working together; in fact, the apostolic team may or may not have apostles on it. An apostolic team is a Credentials team of like-minded men (usually consisting of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, Application and teachers). The authority of the apostolic team stems from the sender ; and has delegated authority to act on behalf of the sender. 8
