A FREE addition to Conference. 2 4PM: A chance for student and young adult pastors to meet, connect and network. 4 6 PM: Dinner Break (guests to go offsite for dinner on their own). 6:30 9 PM: Pre-conference night with Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. & CF Worship. What are the ticket types? GENERAL ADMISSION: $140 GROUPS 4+: $99 GROUPS 20+: $79 SENIOR PASTOR EXPERIENCE: $395 SENIOR PASTOR SPOUSE: $250 What is the Senior Pastor Experience? We're so excited to offer an exclusive experience tailored specifically for senior pastors. We want to be able to take time and discuss the issues that are specific to you as a senior pastor. We'll have four exclusive sessions just for you. This experience will include a specific landing place/greenroom for senior pastors. Their breakouts will be different from the general admission guests. They will have a little more time with
speakers, sponsors and be able to network within the small group of senior pastors. This package also includes: o Priority seating for you and your spouse o Senior Pastor's Green Room o Exclusive rental car rates through Hertz o Discounted rates on Local Attractions through Visit Palm Beach Senior Pastor Experience tickets are $395. They can add their spouse to this experience for $250. From I-95 North: Take exit 77 for Northlake Blvd. Turn left onto Northlake Blvd. and drive for 1.4 miles. Christ Fellowship Church Gardens Location will be on the right. From I-95 South: Take exit 77 for Northlake Blvd. Turn right onto Northlake Blvd. and drive for 1.3 miles. Christ Fellowship Church Gardens Location will be on the right. Tickets Event goers MUST show their ticket upon arrival to Conference. They can bring printed tickets or show the ticket on their smartphones. Will Call There will be multiple will call areas where event goers can go if for some reason they forget to bring their ticket or if they do not have it on their phone. Event Length 8:30 AM 9 PM Detailed schedule can be found on the conference website: christfellowshipconference.com. Food/Meals Available Lunch is included in ticket price. Day #1 DINNER: Food trucks and café open for food purchase. Day #2 DINNER: There will be a dinner break for guests to leave campus. Doors Open: Earliest time people can arrive before the event start. Registration/Check in begins at 8:30 AM. Doors open at 9:30 AM. Refunds / Exchange Policy: Are even exchanges allowed between the 2 events or to move someone to sit next to others etc.? Are any refunds allowed and if so, are there certain situations to allowing a refund? Refunds for this event will be allowed until February 1 st at the end of the day. Those seats should become available again once
the refund has been processed. Do volunteers attend Conference at no cost? All event goers should purchase a ticket for admission inside the Worship Center. Volunteers will need to purchase tickets. On Site Box Office / Registration: Can attendees purchase tickets anywhere ahead of time without calling in or going online? Tickets are only available online. Child Tickets/Childcare: Is there childcare available? Can attendees bring children? If children attend, is there a cost? Free for younger lap children? There is not childcare for this event. A ticket must be purchased for each attendee. Deaf/Hard of Hearing Seating: Any special seating/closed caption/asl There will be ASL translation for this event. Handicap Seating Handicap seating will be available for Conference. Are there group discounts? Yes, groups of 4 or more are $99 each and groups of 20 or more are $79 each. Can other churches attend Conference? YES! This conference is open to anyone! Parking: Is their paid parking or is it free? Parking for Conference is free. Food & Drink allowed during event Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Worship Center. Photo & Video Policy
Photos and Videos are allowed throughout the event. Event goers are encouraged to post on social media about their experience. Restrooms There are multiple restrooms located around the worship center. Elevators There are elevators located in the main building where many breakouts will be happening. Other than that, there wont be much of a need for elevators.
