DELIVERANCE PRAYERS From the book" An Exorcist Tells His Story", by Fr. Gabriel Amorth 1. Whenever possible before any session, these prayers should be preceded by prayers of preparation, suitable fasting and abstinence. and recourse to the Sacrament of Reconciliation. The recitation of the Rosary is to be highly commended. 2. At suitable times, such sacramentals as exorcised salt, and blessed oil should be used. The use of Holy Water must always accompany these prayers as many times as is prudent and helpful. Introduction In the name of Jesus Christ, Son of the living God, I bind you Satan, and all of your evil companions on the earth, in the air, in all the elements, and all the Satanic forces of nature. In the name of Jesus, and by my authority as a priest of Jesus Christ I bind you from any intercommunication and interrelationship with each other I separate you completely from each other. In the name of Jesus, I bind you from causing any disturbance, confusion, anxiety, or manifestation of any sort. In the name of Jesus, I command you to be completely silent. Scripture and Prayers of Deliverance 1. Redemption Hymn Rev. 4: 11; 5:9, 10, 12 O Lord our God, you are worthy to receive glory and honor and power. For you have created all things; by your will they came to be and were made. Worthy are you, O Lord, to receive the scroll and break open its seals. For you were slain; with your blood you purchased for God men of every race and tongue, of every people and nation. You made of them a kingdom, and priests to serve our God, and they shall reign on the earth. Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches, wisdom and strength, honor and glory and praise. Prayer of Praise Son Of God, Word of the Father, God's only-begotten, Jesus Christ! You are the radiance of the invisible God, the image of his glory. Through You all things came into being, and without You nothing came to be. You are the Redeemer, the Savior of sinners; there is no other redeemer or savior but You. In Your name alone is salvation. To You is given a name above all other names; a name before which everything in heaven, on earth, and under the earth, must bend the knee. You are enthroned at the right hand of the Father, Yours is the Father's kingdom and glory,

to You belongs all worship. You are our Lord and king. Let this be our only care, our life, our eternal joy to know, to love, and to worship You, and in You the Father who sent thee. 2. Christ, The First-Born Of All Creation Col. 1: 12-20 Let us give thanks to the Father, for having made you worthy to share in the lot of the saints in light. He rescued us from the power of darkness and brought us to the kingdom of his beloved Son. Through Him we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. In Him everything in heaven and on earth was created, things visible and invisible. All were created through Him; all were created for Him He is before all else that is. In Him everything continues in being. He is the head of the body, the Church! He who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that primacy may be His in everything. It pleased God to make absolute fullness reside in Him and, by means of Him, to reconcile everything in His person, both on earth and in the heavens, making peace by the blood of his cross. Prayer of Deliverance Depart, unclean spirit, along with every satanic power of the enemy, every specter from hell, and all your fallen companions; in the name of our Lord Jesus + Christ. Begone + and stay far from this servant of God. Why, then, do you stand and resist, knowing, as you must that Christ the Lord brings your plans to nothing? For it is He who Commands you. Begone, then, in the name of the Father, + and of the Son, + and of the Holy + Spirit. Give place to the Holy Spirit by this sign of the holy + cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, forever and ever. Amen. 3. The Judgment Of God Rev. 11:17-18; 12: 10b-12a

We praise you, the Lord God Almighty, who is and who was. You have assumed your great power; you have begun your reign. The nations have raged in anger, but then came your day of wrath and the moment to judge the dead: the time to reward your servants the prophets and the holy ones who revere you, the great and the small alike. Now have salvation and power come, the reign of our God and the authority of his Anointed One. For the accuser of our brothers is cast out who night and day accused them before God. They defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; love for life did not deter them from death. So rejoice, you heavens, and you that dwell therein! Prayer of Deliverance Depart, unclean spirit, and acknowledge your condemnation, and pay homage to the living and true God; pay homage to Jesus Christ, his Son, and to the Holy Spirit, and depart from these servants of God, for Jesus Christ, our God and Lord, has called them to his holy grace. Impure spirit, never dare to desecrate this sign of the holy + cross which we are tracing upon his (her) foreheads. Through the same Christ our Lord, who is to come to judge the living and the dead and the world by fire. 4. Christ, God's Holy Servant Philippians 2:6-11 Though he was in the form of God, Jesus did not deem equality with God something to be grasped at. Rather, he emptied himself and took the form of a slave, being born in the likeness of men. He was known to be of human estate, and it was thus that he humbled himself, obediently accepting even death, death on across! Because of this, God highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name above every other name, so that at Jesus' name every knee must bend in the heavens, on the earth, and under the earth, and every tongue proclaim to the glory of God the Father: Jesus Christ Is Lord! Prayer of Deliverance Leave, unclean spirit, and give honor to the living and true God. Flee, unclean spirit and give place to Jesus Christ His Son. Depart, unclean spirit, and give way to the Holy Spirit. 5. Our Lady, Conquerer of Satan Genesis 3: 9-15, 20

After Adam had eaten the fruit of the tree], the LORD God then called to the man and asked him, "Where are you?" He answered, "I heard you in the garden; but I was afraid, because I was naked, so I hid myself." Then he asked, "Who told you that you were naked? You have eaten then, from the tree of which I had forbidden you to eat!" The man replied, "The woman whom you put here with me-she gave me fruit from the tree, and so I ate it." The LORD God then asked the woman, "Why did you do such a thing?" The woman answered, "The serpent tricked me into it, so I ate it." Then the LORD God said to the serpent: Because you have done this, you shall be banned from all the animals and from all the wild creatures; on your belly shall you crawl, and dirt shall you eat all the days of your life. I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; He will strike at your head, while you strike at his heel." Prayer of Deliverance Depart, unclean spirit, the glorious Mother of GOD, the Virgin Mary commands you +; She who by her humility and from the first moment of her Immaculate Conception crushed your proud head. Prayer To The Mother Of God O August Queen of Heaven, sovereign Mistress of the Angels, Who received from the beginning the mission and power to crush the serpent's head. We beseech thee to send thy Holy Angels, that under thy command and by thy power they may pursue the evil spirits, encounter them on every side, resist their bold attacks, and drive them hence into the abyss of woe. O Most Holy Mother, send thy angels to defend us and to drive the cruel enemy from us. All you Holy Angels and Archangels, help and defend us. Amen. 6. Burn all these evils in hell, that they may never again touch your servant or any other creature in the entire world.

I command and bid all the powers who molest him -by the power of God all powerful, in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior, through the intercession of the Immaculate Virgin Mary- to leave him forever, and to be consigned into the everlasting hell, where they will be bound by Saint Michael the archangel, Saint Gabriel, Saint Raphael, our guardian angels, and where they will be crushed under the heel of the Immaculate Virgin Mary. 7. Prayer for Inner Healing Lord Jesus, you came to heal our wounded and troubled hearts. I beg you to heal the torments that cause anxiety in my heart; I beg you, in a particular way, to heal all who are the cause of sin. I beg you to come into my life and heal me of the psychological harms that struck me in my early years and from the injuries that they caused throughout my life. Lord Jesus, you know my burdens. I lay them all on your Good Shepherd's Heart. I beseech you-by the merits of the great, open wound in your heart to heal the small wounds that are in mine. Heal the pain of my memories, so that nothing that has happened to me will cause me to remain in pain and anguish, filled with anxiety. Heal, O Lord, all those wounds that have been the cause of all the evil that is rooted in my life. I want to forgive all those who have offended me. Look to those inner sores that make me unable to forgive. You who came to forgive the afflicted of heart, please, heal my own heart. Heal, my Lord Jesus, those intimate wounds that cause me physical illness. I offer you my heart. Accept it, Lord, purify it and give me the sentiments of your Divine Heart. Heal me, O Lord, from the pain caused by the death of my loved ones, which is oppressing me. Grant me to regain peace and joy in the knowledge that you are the Resurrection and the Life. Make me an authentic witness to your Resurrection, your victory over sin and death, and your living presence among us. Amen.

Prayer for Deliverance My Lord, you are all powerful, you are God, you are Father. We beg you through the intercession and help of the archangels Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel for the deliverance of our brothers and sisters who are enslaved by the evil one. All saints of heaven, come to our aid. From anxiety, sadness and obsessions, From hatred, fornication, envy. From thoughts of jealousy, rage, and death. From every thought of suicide and abortion. From every form of sinful sexuality. From every division in our family, and every harmful friendship. From every sort of spell, malefice, witchcraft, and every form of the occult.

Lord, you who said, "I leave you peace, my peace give you", grant that, through the intercession of the Virgin Mary, we may be liberated from every evil spell and enjoy your peace always. In the name of Christ, our Lord. Amen. From the book" An Exorcist Tells His Story", by Fr. Gabriel Amorth
