Your light has come, the glory of the Lord shines upon you (Isaiah 60:1) Fr. Humberto Palomino, P.E.S. Pastor of the Church of St. Mark As pastor of the Church of St. Mark I would like to thank every one that made the light of St. Mark s shine for Jesus Christ in our community over the Christmas season. I appreciate all the time and effort that was given by Ushers, Lectors, Servers, Sacristans, Eucharistic Ministers, Musicians, Decorators, those involved in the Nativity Tableau on Christmas Eve and all those who attended our liturgies. Your time and generous spirit were a blessing to the Church of St. Mark and all those we touch. I thank you all for helping the transition of the New Roman Missal go so smoothly at the beginning of Advent. I thank Cindy Holupchinski and Rory Cravillion for all their work on the lovely and helpful booklets we are using. Thank you also to the Adoration Committee for all the work they put into getting Perpetual Adoration started on January 1st with our wonderful celebration lead by Bishop Lee Piche. The procession around the block (in ice, wind and cold!) is a memory I will cherish. THANK YOU AND MAY GOD S BLESSINGS BE UPON YOU ALWAYS AS WE SHINE HIS LIGHT

A vigorous defender of the divinity of Jesus Christ against the Arians, he suffered four years of exile in the East for his fidelity to the faith as it had been defined in Nicea. Having returned to Poitiers, where he was to die, he encouraged the future Saint Martin to introduce the monastic life in Liguge.
