I LOVE CHRISTMAS I love Christmas. I love the Christmas lights in the streets in December and the s in all the shop windows. I love going to the shops and buying presents for my family. And I love getting Christmas cards. We stay with my grandparents for three days Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. My uncles, aunts and cousins stay with them, too. There are twenty of us and we play games, eat, sing songs and watch TV. On Christmas Eve we put stockings next to our beds. In the morning, there are lots of small presents from Father Christmas in our stockings. There s always an orange or a tangerine, some nuts and some chocolate money in the stockings. It s a traditions. And there are other small presents like magic tricks, sweets, pens and pencils and toy animals. The big presents are under in the living room. Christmas lunch is the big moment of the day. We have turkey first, then we have Christmas pudding. There are always Christmas crackers on the table at Christmas lunch. You pull the crackers and there are little presents in them paper hats, silly jokes, toy watches and other things. Then we all wear our paper hats for lunch. My dad always wants to be really silly so he wears two paper hats! After lunch we open the presents under the tree. Boxing Day is the day after Christmas. It s a holiday too. We usually eat turkey sandwiches and watch TV. There are always some good films on TV on Boxing Day.
