HockeyCalgaryExhibitionSanctionRequest Beginningwiththe2013?14seasonallexhibitiongamesmustbesanctionedbyHockeyCalgary.By submittingthisonlineform,communicationwillbehandledthroughautomaticemailnotificationstoall necessaryparties,includingczrcorcommunityrefereeassignors.onceagameissanctioned,teamswill beincompliancewithrule24(b)ofthehockeycalgaryregulationhandbook.iftherequestisdenied,the HeadCoachandmanagerofteamsthatproceedwithoutsanctionmayreceiveaminimumthreegame suspension. TheTeamContactenteredinHCRisassumedtobetheprimarycontactforteamregardingHockeyCalgary s websiteadministrationandwillreceiveausername. TheExhibitionGameRequestistobecompletedbyhometeamonlyandmustbesubmittednolessthan72 hoursfromthestartoftheicetimetobeusedforthegame. 1) Firststepistogotowww.hockeycalgary.com. HockeyCalgaryTeam ToBeDetermined:selectthisiftheVisitingTeamis expectedtobeanothercalgaryteambutisn tknownatthetimetherequestis beingsubmitted. ii. NonHockeyCalgaryTeam:selectthisiftheVisitingTeamisfromoutsideCalgary. iii. HockeyCalgaryTeams:iftheVisitingTeamisanotherteaminCalgaryandiseither inthesamedivision,onedivisionhigheroronedivisionlowerscrolldowntofind theteamandselectit.ifthevisitingteamisanothercalgaryteambutismorethan onedivisionhigherorlowertheapprovaloftheleaguechairmustbeobtained priortoproceedingwiththerequest. d. ItisimperativethattheDate,StartTime,DurationandArenabeenteredverycarefullyas thisistheinformationthatwillbeusedbyeithertheczrcoryourcommunityreferee Coordinatortoassigngameofficials. i. IftheStartTimeislessthan72hourspriortothetimetheformisbeingsubmitted, therequestwillberejected.allowingsufficienttimeforeitherczrcorcommunity RefereeCoordinatorstoassignqualifiedofficialsisparamounttothesafetyofthe playersontheiceandtheenjoymentofallgameparticipants. e. Selecttheappropriatedurationofthegameinminutesfromthepulldown.
f. Youmayrequesteither2or3officialsbeassignedtoyourgame.
