It's sole purpose is to intercede in prayer and fasting unto God on behalf of others who are facing lifethreatening situations, detrimental circumstances beyond their control, blatant attacks from the Christians' enemy, Satan and a plethora of issues that gravely affect their lives, families, and countries.

Hello Mighty Prayer Warrior! Happy New Year! It is truly an excited year as we kick off the year with the Prayer and Fasting Focus of, Drawing Closer to Christ. James 4: 8 says, Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. The desire to get so close to Christ should be the desire of every Christian believer. But let me ask, how do you get close to Christ? Like every relationship you must spend quality time with God and communicate with Him. This should not be a task but a habit formed. Secondly, God will be near to anyone who calls on Him! If you call someone you are trying to get their attention, so when we call our Heavenly Father He gets our attention. Third, Read and Study the bible, the more we read and study is the more indepth we know who God is and His ways. Fourth - FASTING-The God-Kind of Fast! Ever wondered what we should be fasting for? Check out what God said we should be fasting for? Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke? Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh? Is 58:6-7. The God-kind of fast is also spiritual and it also just happened to affect the physical man. It causes us to lose weight-shed some pounds and that's great! But, we do not fast to lose weight physically. So therefore our fasting focus should not be physical, it should be for the reasons God has stated in His Word.
And Fifth, find rest in God, believe what the words says and trust and believe His word as we apply it to our daily lives. As we draw closer to God together please stay connected, we want you to send your prayer request, praise report,, a poem and a word of encouragement let us shift into action as God calls us to move in Him. The sacrificial times we refrain from foods or liquids are from 5.am to Noon on Sundays.
