Itinerary Day 1: April 27 2018: Departure from USA. Day 2: April 28 2018: Arrival: After arrival at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, we will be met at the airport and then go to Tiberias for overnight stay. Day 3: April 29 2018: Tel Aviv: After breakfast at hotel, we begin the Pilgrimage at 8.30 am by driving along the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea, capital of the ancient Roman Procurators of Judea. Here, St. Peter preached and St. Paul was imprisoned for two years. Visit the Roman Theater, Crusader's boat, and the Byzantine Churches. Continue to the sparkling port city of Haifa. Ascend Mt. Carmel, home of the prophets Elijah and Elisha, to visit Stella Maris. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Tiberias. HOLY MASS - Mt. Carmel Day 4: April 30 2018: Nazareth: Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to Nazareth, the boyhood town of Jesus and home of Mary and Joseph and visit the Basilica of the Annunciation built over the grotto where Archangel Gabriel appeared to announce that she would bear a son, Jesus. We also stop by Joseph's workshop Visit Mary Well, Greek Orthodox Church of Annunciation, Synagogue Church and then to Cana where Jesus performed his first Miracle, changing water into wine at the wedding feast. Visit Mt. Tabor, the site of the Transfiguration of Jesus. Proceed to Tiberias. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel. HOLY MASS at Cana and renewal of the marriage vows by the couples. Day 5: 01 May 2018: Tiberias: After breakfast at hotel, visit Mount of beatitude, Church of multiplication of Bread and fish, Peter s Primacy Church, Capernaum St. Peter s House and Ancient Synagogue and Caesarea Philippi. Enjoy boating in Sea of Galilee with famous St peter s fish lunch at local restaurant. Check-in for overnight stay and dinner at Hotel in Bethlehem. 2

Visit Dead sea and experience skinny dipping in it. Later visit Bethany - place of Lazarus, Martha, Maria. Dinner and overnight stay in Bethlehem. HOLY MASS - Evening Holy Mass at Nativity church Day 7: 03 May 2018: Jerusalem: Visit Mount of Olives: Bethphage where Jesus started the Solemn Entry to Jerusalem. Later visit Shrine of Ascension, Pater Noster: the place where Jesus taught Our Father, Dominus Flevit, Garden of Gethsemane and Grotto of Gethsemane. Dinner and overnight stay in Bethlehem. HOLY MASS -Gethsemane church. Day 8: 04 May 2018: Jerusalem: Visit Jerusalem Old city, Bethesda pool and St. Ann s Church Birthplace of Bl. Mary, Flagellation Monastery Antonio fortress via dolorosa, Mount Calvary, Holy Tomb of Jesus, Holy Sepulchre church, Mount Zion, The Place of Bl. Mary s Eternal Sleeping, Cenacle, Memorial tomb of King David, St. Peter s church Gallicantu, Hinnon Valley and Aceldama. Check in to Hotel in Jerusalem for dinner and overnight stay. HOLY MASS - Calvary Day 9: 05 May 2018: Ein Karem: Visit Ein Karem, Visitation Church where we commemorate the visit of Bl. Mary to Elizabeth and St. John s Church, the birth place of John the Baptist. Later in Jericho, visit Baptism site in River Jordan. Perform renewal of Baptism in river Jordan. Visit Mount of Temptation, Sycamore tree and Qumran caves. Dinner and overnight stay in Jerusalem. HOLY MASS - Ein karem Day 10: 06 May 2018: Visit Masada, the fortress of Herod. Day 11: 07 May 2018: Check out of hotel and Transfer to Tel Aviv airport for departure to USA. Charges: $3,500/person PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY i. You must complete and sign the official Booking Form enclosed and return a non- refundable deposit interest free amount of US $500 per person (adult/child). The said deposit amount would be adjusted towards the cost of the tour. Make check payable to Magi Holidays. ii. Half of the total tour cost (50%) should be paid 120-days prior to the departure date. iii. Balance payments towards the cost of your tour must reach Magi Holidays at least 45 days prior to the departure of your tour. iv. Delayed payments will be charged extra $10/day/person. Magi Holidays is not responsible for any reservation cancellations due to delayed payments. v. Any cancellation between 90 and 31-days prior to departure will be charged 50% and in between 120 and 91 will be charged 30% of the package cost. vi. Upon cancellation, no refunds will be given 30-days prior to departure. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. vii. No allowance or refunds can be made for meals, rooms, excursions etc., included in the package. No refund will be made for unused items in the package. viii. No refund can be made for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel tickets or vouchers. ix. No refunds will be given to those who join the tour late or end early. x. Partial cancellation of booking may result in increased costs for the remaining part members. xi. In all disputes arising out of or relating the tour, Magi Holidays retains the right to make the final decision. NOTES Passport must have a minimum six-months validity at the time of departure. 4
Visa issuance is based on the decision of the Department of State in each country and Magi Holidays has no control on it. If you are particular about the visa not stamping in the passport, you must make the request at the immigration counter. Arrive at the airport check-in area three hours prior to international departure. Be prepared to present Govt. issued photo ID at the counter. If the status box on your ticket shows "OK" for your flight, the airline must accommodate you on that flight. If not, they must either find a substitute flight or pay you denied boarding compensation. Speak to a supervisor, if necessary. The entire group should enter and exit together in all Countries. All the guests are expected to abide by the laws of the entering Country/authority. Hotel check-in time is normally 2-pm and check out time is 12-noon. Accommodation will be provided in double/twin/triple rooms. If any guests require single rooms, it can be provided at an extra cost. All hotel accommodations include continental breakfast. Special requests could be met with extra charges. If the above quoted hotel/room is not available, alternate arrangements will be made. The above itinerary is subject to change based on flight arrivals/departure timings and prevailing climatic conditions. BAGGAGE - Baggage is at the owner's risk for the entire duration of the tour. 8. DOCUMENTS - Proof of identity is required for all travels. Guest will not be permitted to depart without proper identification or passport and necessary visa. It is guest s responsibility to verify necessary travel documents for accuracy. 9. TIPS - Local rules will be applied towards tipping drivers and guides. 10. VISA - Magi Holidays acts as a service agent only and is not liable for any negligent actions or omissions of a foreign consular office/government agencies/delivery services. Magi Holidays shall in no event be liable to you for any indirect claims, damages, or lost profits resulting from a failure to obtain a visa or passport in a timely manner. The issuance of any visa is entirely at the discretion of that issuing authority. Be aware that holding a valid visa for any country does not automatically entitle the traveller guaranteed entry into that country. Entry into any foreign nation is the final decision of the local immigration authorities upon arrival. Magi Holidays does not warrant or guarantee that any foreign Consulate or Embassy will issue a document in a timely manner and Magi Holidays service fees are only for taking reasonable actions to foster such issuance within the client s prescribed timeline. Under all circumstances, the guests, not Magi Holidays, is responsible for making sure that he/she has complied with the necessary requirements. 11. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY Magi Holidays is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by us (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. We do not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects. We shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveller in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic 6
conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent's control. Traveller assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safely or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveller voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveller is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveller s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members. 12.
