How might clearing those up change your life? 2. Has there been anyone who has had a significant impact on your spiritual life? If so, what was it about them, or what did they do that had the most impact on you? Do you think they were using a spiritual gift? 3. Have you ever been part of a team that had impact on the lives of others? How did that make you feel? 4. Are there needs or issues that you tend to pay attention to more than others? If so, how do you typically respond to these needs/issues? 5. What does it mean to use your spiritual gifts for one another? 6. Where can you put your spiritual gifts to use? 7. What do you think would change if more people used their God-given spiritual gifts? The Truth About Spiritual Gifts Remember, the ministry of the church is done by the people in the church. It s when you and I step forward and put our gifts and abilities to use that God uses the local church to reach those who are far from Him and ultimately change our communities and the world. You and I are the bricks that build our local church! There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit is the source of them all. There are different kinds of service, but we serve the same Lord. God works in different ways, but it is the same God who does the work in all of us. A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other. 1 Corinthians 12:4-7 (NLT) For a free online assessment resource, visit: http://www.sbpcshape.org Resources Visit the Trinity Web Site: http://www.trinitywallawalla.org/ Visit the Trinity Baptist Community: https://trinitybaptistchurch.ccbchurch.com/login.php Download PDFs of Presentations and Class Notes at: http://trinitywallawalla.org/my-trinity/abf-class-notes Contact Glenn at: glenn.matlock.jr@gmail.com
